An absolutely must-have for riders!
As others have said, and reviews show, you should get the packtalk edge/neo/pro. I have been using my edge for about a month now, I have gone on motorcycle rides and escooter rides around town. In both situations, the edge performs incredibly well. Voice commands work great in both sets ups. On my scooter I wear a downhill MTB helmet, which allows lots of airflow through the helmet. Even with loud wind noise inside the helmet, the audio still sounds great and no one can tell that I'm out on a ride, they say it sounds like in sitting at home.My motorcycle however, is very loud. Straight-piped 1700cc loud. Even going WOT while talking on the phone, no one can tell. I do wear a full face helmet, so that likely will play a factor when compared to using a half helmet kit, but for what I need, it works great! As far as the DMC goes, unfortunately I don't have anyone that I ride with that uses cardo. I do have a set of Cardo Outdoor and have connected to them to test and everything works fine. Connection is simple and audio is crisp. Range test has not happened yet, but hopefully soon. I have connected to other units via Bluetooth and it works fine, but audio quality seems no better than my uclear from 8 years ago. Not to say that's bad, but the speakers being better quality I expected more.My absolute favorite feature though is easily the voice commands. Mostly I just control the music and volume, jumping between radio and Spotify. Both commands work 95% of the time, the remaining 5% works after a repeat of the command, but never 2 repeats are needed. Volume control without physically touching the cardo is an amazing feature.I've never had a sena unit so I can't compare the quality, however I went with cardo due to living in the PNW (it rains a lot), since the packtalk series are waterproof. I've rode in the rain twice so far. Once was a light rain, the second time was a dense downpour. Both times I didn't have any issues with the cardo and no aftermath.

Pack Talk Edge
Great Product. Easy to install. Very nice sound to it. Features are fantastic. After an 8 hour day using this, it will discharge between 50% and 75%. In other words, it is good for a days ride. I do recharge every day. These are a bit pricy, but you always get what you pay for.

Highly recommend
Easy to install following YouTube tutorials. I wear a scorpion covert fx carbon on a MT09SP with Akropovic race exhaust. I wear hear hush earplugs. I haven’t used the Edge as a com device (yet). I have used it for phone music and podcasts and Waze. Volume is surprisingly loud. At 80+ mph I can hear my music clearly over the wind and exhaust. The mic easily picks up my Siri commands and I am able to control my music and podcasts hands free. The buttons on the side of my helmet are pretty easy to use while gloved, I really appreciate how well the roller works for volume control. All parts seem high quality. I’m happy with the purchase.

Worth the price
Very happy with this purchase yes it’s a bit of money but worth it. Very good quality sound and it’s nice to be able to listen to music and still be able to talk to other riders in your group. Battery life is good, if your listening to music and with a group it will suck it down faster you can get a whole day out of it if your doing it that way. Just listening to music and the occasional phone call the battery lasts longer. The app isn’t bad takes a minute to set it up. Been riding in the rain as well and haven’t had any problems with it. Overall highly recommend this product.

Great product, some definite issues.
My husband and I use this product solely when we ride dirtbikes and it works as it is intended to. Overall I am very happy with the product, but there are some issues I have noticed after using it for a few months. The good:1) The first time we used them, setup didn’t take much time at all. Getting all the music/talk settings correct took the majority of the time.2) I have crashed a few times while using the Packtalk Edge and have yet to damage the system. Part of that is luck in how I fell, but part of that is due to the quality and design. The receiver stays connected and does a good job of keeping the electronics clean. The adhesive is good enough to keep everything place, also.3) The sound quality is great. It is very easy to understand other riders. It picks up their voice but quiets background noise well. Both of us talk as we normally would and have yet to have an issue hearing or understanding each other.4) The battery life is great. We will use them when we are camping and riding all day. We charge them in the evening and have no issues throughout the day.The bad:1) The voice command aspect does not respond well. I usually have to repeat a command multiple times for the Cardo to recognize it. This also includes times of when we are stopped with our bikes off. One time it put me on mute (without my command) and it took me a few minutes to get it to take me off.2) When we upgraded our phones after using the Packtalk Edge devices, the music function stopped working on both of our phones. We tried all of the suggestions from the FAQ’s and general internet searches. Nothing worked. Cardo customer service was slow to respond and it was apparent that whoever was responding didn’t read my issue. I was asked questions that I had already stated previously. That was a waste of time and very frustrating.3) We would lose connection to each other if we were about a half mile away. We don’t usually get separated from each other so this isn’t a big deal, but if you are trying to ride with younger members, a loss of connection would be bad. There are definitely some areas for improvement in this product, but I would purchase it all over again. It is a great product for trail riding to be able to communicate with the group without stopping all the time.

Fun, safe, and good quality coms.
Now I can hear my buddies laugh at me when I make a mistake riding our motorcycles. Great product though. Range is crazy good and I love that I can listen to my own music but still have conversations and even take phone calls. Battery life has never been an issue and install was very easy.
