Just received this lunch box. At 23L it is good sized for me. Allows me to carry my chemo cryo/ice gloves and socks in one section and my lunch in the other section. Carrying less bags is always best and safe for me.As it’s brand new, I have to give it a few uses and I’ll be able to provide feedback on the effectiveness of keeping the contents cold. It looks very adequate to last for lunchtime or a little bit later in the day if the cooler is kept in normal room temperature of 65-78 degrees.The photos help you get a size perspective and how much it can hold. These are your 11 oz protein box shake and 12 oz bottle shake. Plenty of room for a lunch and then some.It has two outside pockets where I attached the protein shakes for photos. In the front there is a long pocket that is almost the length of the length of the cooler. It has a detachable key chain hook to stash your keys. It easily accessible and the key chain snaps out for easy to use. Very functional. Has a variety of colors.Great value!I recommend this lunch box!

Absolutely love this lunch pale! Fits so much inside for long shifts or road trips. I dont have to worry about what may not fit because it is big enough for whatever you want to pack. Light weight and easy to carry or hang over your shoulder. Great quality and dont wear easy. Definitely my number one cooler to pack lunch or dinner or even both!

It's a nice sturdy bag. Very spacious. I am able to get all my things in there that I need for work. It keeps everything cold. And also hot. Very versatile.

For the most part, this is a nice small cooler. It holds ice packs and coldness in pretty well and its very roomy. Able to fit quite a bit of stuff inside. Has an over the shoulder strap that can be clicked on or off and also has some "handle style" straps. So you have a few different carrying options, depending on the weight you a toting. Several different compartments as well. The only real negative is the zippers snag the material a little more than I'd like. It's not a big deal as long as you are careful, but if you got kids going in and out of the cooler to get something to drink, or if you're sidetracked while going in the zippers will definitely snag -- and once that happens you always risk damage or an actual zipper breaking. That's really the only negative though. Short of maybe leaving a little more play between the zippers and the actual material, this is a pretty darn nice cooler.

This is the best cooler bag I have ever used. Plenty of room but not cumbersome. Keeps things cold.

Omg, this is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something large enough to put whatever shape lunch containers that I will need to use, a water bottle, cell phone at least. This lunch bag has all that and much, much more.. it has kits of pockets and it can keep your food hot/ cold in separate compartments. It is very good quality material and the price was excellent. I would have expected this bag to be much more! I can easily clean it, if something shall happen to leak in it! I can even choose to carry it by hand or with the supplied straps for my shoulder, and it has an area where you can unzip to make the bag taller or zip it to make it shorter! This is an awesome function! All in all, this is the perfect lunch bag, and is easy to use!!!! I feel that both men and women will be thoroughly pleased with this lunch. I would definitely recommend this product!!!

My go to lunchbox!! Good quality, very sturdy, keeps food at a reasonable temperature even if you forget an ice pack!! There is so much space!! My coworkers joke and call it my snack suitcase but it certainly holds a great amount! The lining is thick and is very easy to clean!!

Just got this and looking it over and everything looks to be good zippers seems to be nice and sturdy.Everything seems to be sewn. Well, definitely big and roomy. The only thing that concerns me is it does feel kind of light but only time will tell on how well it keeps things cold
