Great for color-coding your wiring!
I was in need of some 18GA wiring for some projects. I appreciate the variety of colors because sometimes you need more than red and black. I didn't use the holes on the box, but the rubber bands around each spool do a great job of keeping the wire in place so you don't end up with a bird's nest in your bag. The wire feels solid and the insulation is thick and easy to strip. It doesn't feel cheap like other wire I've used in the past. It has served me well, and I plan on ordering more once I run out!

VERY soft and flexible NOT resistant to cutting and the box is just dandy if you have half a brain in your head.
I got the 30 AWG and it is perfect for LEDs and other very small wired electronics I have on my bikes. Yeah sure, the insulation is very soft. It easily bends a small radius an dthat is the main reason I purchased this so I'm happy. I have serious doubts as to silicone being superior in durability to the ordinary PVC. Maybe silicone is more heat resistant?? All I can tell you is that I stripped this wire with my fingernails very easily. It's gonna be great for making the tight bends I need it to make but I don't have heaps of confidence about the durability of the insulation. The box some people are beechin about is just fine. pull the decal off, remove the dowel the spools are on and thread each wire through. Stretch a rubber band around the box to hold the ends down. IDK if the wire is going to come over the edge of the spools in there but at least it will stay in the box.

It works!
I cannot complain about this stranded wire. spooled in a recyclable cardboard dispenser.Flexible as a wet noodle and with high breakdown voltage, heat resistant silicone insulation -it's a winner for replacing years old, stiff, cracked insulation wire -or building prototypes. The variety of insulation color allows me to color-code connections, and sometimes to almost match the original color wiring. Easily strippable with just fingernails.

No complaints
I didn't test it in any way, so the only review I can give is based on the limited use thus far. I used it on a couple drones and on a couple pi zero rtc mods. Heat wise, it did not shrink or melt which is what you expect from silicone wire. The stretch wasn't bad. While soldering it didn't get in the way. When removing the silicone from the wire, it did stretch a good amount and didn't bounce back a lot. Not a big deal as many brands have the issue. You just need to be more accurate when stripping the wire. Of course, this is thin wire and my general strippers do not go this low or work so well at this size. I just pinch between my nails, so of course that issue is probably of my own creation. However, in one instance it stretched enough to cover the 2mm wire I had already removed the sheathing from. Pinch wise, works pretty well. Its more expensive, but if you can afford it and don't have the most precise tools available, silicone is the way to go. Its forgiving with heat, its great being used around hot items, its very flexible, and versatile in that regard. I still use PVC, but in limited scenarios such as in a board project that has no movement, heat build up, etc.

Does as said
Works really well and is handy for the price that it is

Cheap Wire but it has its uses.
Ehhhh I’m not a fan. I needed some wire quick in a pinch and ordered this. The sheathing is very soft and squishy feeling and seems sort of cheap and not very protective for a pinch or rub. It does however handle heat very well when put to a flame versus some other brands of harder shell wire. I wouldn’t order it again but it can be decent depending on your application.
