SO this chopper is UNBELIEVABLY sharp!!! IT DEFINITELY does what it is intended to do and then some!! I have used this to chop of chuck roast, other large pieces of meat, large fish filets, all kinds of vegetables and of course salad. The green blade covers are little tricky to get on and off and you have to be EXTREMELY careful washing as again the blades are INCREDIBLY sharp. This seriously could be used as a weapon with one swipe and do tremendous damage. Sometimes i get nervous using it, but it actually works better with some things then normal knives. So great tool, just be careful!
