They worked splendidly to ensure a perfect square frame
I purchased purple sprayed treated framing lumber from HD because it was 70% off. I had always intended to use these for structural strength anyway so I was comfortable chancing rejected lumber. I expected satisfactory results but this far exceeded my hopes.
