This stuff works very well, Actually!! It was truly very effective.. originally I had went into this not even expecting anything at all. And at best, I had hoped for maybe a teeny tiny bit of relief from my leg muscle Aches.... (which are usually one of the worst aching pains that I have ever physically felt in my life.... words cannot describe).. this was one of those things where I was really just hoping for the best or for anything really. But just truly expecting absolutely nothing....And I have never been more so wrong in my entire life!! I have never been able to benefit anything all from any topical cream , EVER- and I have tried a countless amount of them... but this one was actually able to deliver relief after just 1 single time of use!! It relieved my leg pain soooo much , that I was literally able to fall asleep like the first 5 times of using this product!! I'm not even sure how this stuff works so well- but I am so confident in this, that I have already gotten more. And I have been telling my entire family to get some of their own!! THIS stuff here really is a miracle worker... I didn't even believe this was the actual cause for my pain going away. Until after like the 3rd time of using it. It worked so well, that I did not even need to take any pain reliever meds for the entire day long. Which is a miracle in itself, really.. bc that just does not happen to be anymore, unfortunately.10/10 - reccomend to anyone that benefits from pain relief!! This stuff really does help you out tremendously!! It truly was unexpected!! :):)

From my wife Sarah: This is a really nice product with great ingredients. I love that it's not packed with chemicals and it doesn't have a strong fragrance added. It does help, but the effectiveness will depend on the source of your problem. The combo of salicylic acid and magnesium is brilliant.

I’ve been using this product daily for a week now. I have pain in my body each and every day for various reasons. Anytime I see a product like this it makes me wonder if it really works or if it’s just another bogus product with garbage claims. For me, this product does work and provides temporary relief with arthritis and other aches and pains in my body!!Sure it’s temporary relief, but, I’ll take whatever relief I can get! For my arthritis issues this product gives me a solid 4 to 5 hour relief period. Same holds true for other areas of my body where I’ve got pain all day and night. I use prescription medications daily for the same reasons above and even with those meds, they don’t provide much longer relief daily. That’s why I’m happy I came across this item as it serves as my go to product for Break Through Pain! This product takes the edge off my pain which is great!This product is easy to use and goes on smoothly with no tackiness. It dries fast and has no offensive odor after applied. It’s small enough you can def travel with it as well. When this product starts to run out I’ll be ordering more. It serves as another tool in my tool bag to help me get through the day with a little less pain! I’ll take whatever pain relief I can get. This product is also priced fairly as well. It’s def cheaper than my prescription medicines and that’s with using my insurance!Bottom Line: I Do recommend this item and hope this review helps.

Not a good product for painDoes not work. If i hadnt waited to long would have returned it. Not worth the money

First, I want to go over the ingredients of this spray. Under INACTIVE ingredients, magnesium is listed second along with water, Glycerol, Cucumis Sativus (cucumber) extract, dehydroacetic Acid, and Benzyl Alcohol. The only ACTIVE ingredient is Trolamine Salicylate 10% which is exactly the same ingredient in Aspercreame. Abundant Natural Heath focuses on magnesium as the Holy Grail in this product, but actually, it is only a secondary inactive ingredient with the purpose of helping your body absorb and break down the active ingredients so they can work properly. In this case, the actual only active ingredient, Trolamine Salicylate 10%. I think this is important to know because you should understand what ingredients are really working in the products that you buy and which ones are there just for support. With that said, the only active ingredient in this product can be found at any drug store for half the price of this spray and it will have the exact same effects on your muscle pain.So, now to how well it worked. I used this spray on myself and on my clients in my massage studio. Here are my thoughts...Reported by my clients: half of the clients I used the MAG I.C spray reported immediate relief, but it is hard to say because they also received an awesome massage. The other half said they felt no relief at all, that the only pain relief they got was from the bodywork itself. These clients had pain ranging from level 1 to 7 and a mix of arthritis, muscles spasm, and pain from exercising. The half that did not find the spray effective had pain from arthritis and the other half was a combination of muscle spasms and regular muscle tension from exercising. It's hard to make a final conclusion on this because most of them I only tested one time. They did not take anything home to try. The ones who reported feeling some pain relief asked me (wait for it...) if I used Aspercrem spray on them because that is what they use at home and they like it.I also used it on myself for neck pain and back pain. Honestly, the amount of relief was exactly the same as I experience with Aspercream. I did not find any major differences at all. for comparison purposes, both this spray and Aspercream are odorless, don't sting, and work pretty fast to minimize pain. In fact on both of these products under the "Use" information on the label, it clearly says "temporary relieves minor pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, muscle strains, sprains, bruises." This is the reason the spray did not work with my clients with extreme pain as Aspercream would not either. It is not meant for anything other than minor pains and aches.So, my final verdict on this product is that since it has the exact same active ingredient as other products out there for half the price (including generic versions), the value for the money is not there. In addition, billing the cream's ability to reduce pain around the claims behind magnesium is a bit misleading. While magnesium is known to aid with muscle pain, its purpose in the list of inactive ingredients is not that. It's used as a marketing device.If you decide to try this product, I hope this information will help in your decision. You can either pay more or less for the same active ingredient. It all comes down to how much you believe in advertising. With that said, this spray works well on minor muscle pains and aches, but won't do much on severe muscle and joint pain.

8.7.22~ This stuff really works.Somewhat Surprisingly as a loyal Biofreeze user.Only picked it up bc my Ortho suggested to help with Trigger Thumb.Years of lifting has worn out my thumbs & wrists.Took the ache out of the tendon going up my wrist & into my thumb.Also did a shot to my hip/sciatic. Took the pain away long enough to get on some KTape.There is no smell. You can rub it in like perfume. Used my wrist on my hip.Not giving up mu Biofreeze but this Mag i.c spray really is.
