These devices do exactly what you would expect. There are no fancy frills with the toothbrush or flosser, but I have not had any issues. The battery has lasted quite a while, and they both seem fairly sturdy. Both are small and compact, so it is easy to move them to different places. Love the too brush but still trying to get used to the water flosser. Pro tip from my dental hygienist, use it in the shower. Overall, they are really great, but I have only used them for about a week now. I have not had to even charge them yet.

I have been using the product for about 6 months. At first, a charge would last almost a week. Currently I have to charge about every three days. I can actually hear it dying while I am using it each time - which is an average of 6 uses between charging. That's disappointing. I hoped it would have a longer life than that. I do like the variety of settings and the ability it offers to adjust the water jet power level. I attempted to travel with this product but it was just a bit too bulky for convenient packing. I have used the toothbrush now and then and it seems to keep a nice long charge and works as well as I would expect. No surprises there.
