I have been using this product and by next day the chicken was cleared from red mites. However the last gallon was stored for next day use and leaked out somehow. It’s expensive but it’s safe and it works. Also, the connector must be a tight and secure, I noticed that the only way it leaked was due to poor hose length. The hose should be more flexible at at least 30 inches long for ease of use.

We used it a week ago and it is working. The bare spots are starting to grow feathers again and are looking much better.

Excellent product for canaries. I use this product in a spray bottle on perches and the cage bottom each time I clean and place new paper on the bottom. of the cage. It works beautifully.

We purchased Premo Poultry Spray to battle the fleas attacking our chickens and turkeys and it works great.

I received my Elector PSP within a couple of days, as expected. The directions are straightforward, and the product is safe to use around your pets and kids (but I just used mine in my chicken coop, absent of pets and kids, as I was the only one cleaning it). Before I used this product on my birds, I was sure to clean (and then spray after cleaning) things in the run like perches, walls, and coop doors. Then, one by one, I extracted my chickens from the coop to wash before spraying them with the elector PSP. I referred to it as Spa day, and for the most part, no one was upset when I soaked their legs in warm soapy water and dried them off.. You should avoid spraying the product too close to their faces, so I actually used a little washcloth to protect them. The legs, chest, vent area, underneath the wings, and then the top remaining feathers get some sprays, and then each bird was released back into the already cleaned and sprayed run while I treated the remainder of my flock.Once I had everyone in the run it was time to clean the coop.. I removed ALL of my deep litter/ wood chips and burned them in my fire pit. If I hadn't I probably would've walked each wheelbarrow load a mile into the woods (being dramatic because bugs freak me out). Either way get them far away from your coop or you'll be cleaning it out again sooner than later when they find their way back ( gross!). Once all the debris was cleaned out, I sprayed every inch of the inside with the elector PSP, scrubbing with the abrasive side of a sponge (but I would've rathered a brush) and reapplying the spray to get maximum surface coverage. I left the coop open for a few hours to air out while the chickens remained in their run, relaxing after spa day.After a few hours I went back into the coop, and dusted it with some diatomaceous earth ( WHILE WEARING EYE PROTECTION AND A MASK !!) before putting in some wood chips. I left the wood chips in chunks so the chickens could have some fun spreading them about.Overall.. chickens weren't traumatized and neither was I. It was about 4.5 hours of my Independence Day morning, but my flock is happy, quieter, and bug free.. and I'm not freaking out about scaly leg mites or lice!! Would definitely recommend this product.

Smells great, hope it works, but like so many other reviews, the sprayer didn't work. I got about three squirts in on sniper mode, which my birds did not appreciate, and it stopped working. I had to improvise with a small spray bottle from the garage. Hoping for good results.

Weren’t able to use this item as our chickens were killed prior to arrival.
