I needed a tool I could use to figure out what's clogging my bathtub drain. The first one I received didn't work right and had some scratches on it, but the seller took care of that immediately and sent out a replacement. Snaked the drain last night and was able to see what was going on in my drain. The quality wasn't the best but it is only a 2.0 Megapixel camera and I was still able to see clearly down the pipe. The lights were more than bright enough to eliminate the drain. The only thing I had issue with were the hook tools. The implementation looks blah but it did work at pulling hair put of the drain.

Camera worked once. Now my phone doesn't recognize it.

Works great, very clear images. Easy to connect and operate with my phone. Just wish it had a better option for 90 degree mirror accessory. The image shows a threaded end that goes onto the end of the camera, but the actual product is a little mirror on a piece of wire that doesn't attach well or do what I need it to do while looking into engine cylinders for wall damage

It's a good product for the price, needs a good app.

Bought to extract a foreign object from clothes washer. Image quality is great and setup was easy with CameraFi. Handy attachments too. Mirror arrives with protective film - must remove for good image!

I returned the camera because the 90-degree mirror does not work. The pictured 90-degree mirror is mounted to the front type, but the camera showed up with a mirror on a wire thing. The camera cannot focus on the mirror on the wire so the image is just a blur when trying to use the mirror which is why I bought this scope was to stick it into an engine and look sideways from the spark plug hole to see a valve. The camera itself is pretty good, very clear image and bright LED. If I was buying the camera and had no intention of using the mirror on a stick thing, this would have been a good buy. The software listed on the papers it comes with doesnt seem to exist. Website is down etc. I was able to use the android app Camerfi without any trouble to get it to work using my phone. The camera's mini-usb connector is a loose connection and trying to manipulate the camera while attached to my phone ended up disconnecting the camera a lot, but it might be better if you were using the full size USB connector instead. In summation, the accessories are terrible, the other accessories are also at the end of a wire, and the attachment to the camera is loose at best so using a hook or magnet will work about as good as the non-functional mirror on a wire, but the camera itself is nice and clear.

Works perfectly with my OnePlus5. Make sure you buy this from Fantronics seller, not another 3rd party. The one that came under this listing from cc_store was micro usb and not Type c. It takes a little trial and error to find an app that works for your model phone, but once you find one that works you are set. Photo quality isn't earth shattering, but a couple years ago you'd pay a couple hundred bucks for a tool like this. Now for under 20 quid you can have one for whatever nonsense you want. Looking down in a wall, figuring out why you are constipated, looking at gun bores, looking at cylinders thru the spark plug hole, etc.

I got this item in the mail earlier today. Opened it up, did the requisite looking in my mouth, nose, stuff like that and then used it for what I wanted it for: checking for a blockage in my kitchen sink. Found the blockage (the camera itself actually works really nicely), pulled the camera back out, rinsed it off and went about fixing the problem. Once I was done I plugged the camera back in to my phone and noticed that the image was super foggy. Hm. Not good. Looked at the lens and yep, there's water under the clear casing on the lens. Oh boy. Unplugged it, left it in front of a fan for a while to try and help dry it out. When I went back later to plug it in it wasn't working at all. The LED lights turn on but it's not recognized by a PC or phone anymore. Not bothering with requesting a return/refund for a <$20 item and I should have expected this kind of quality for such a low price but still. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
