I by this all the time from Amazon lovely smell and price is perfect better than store

Is it old or just terribly thick?
I attempted to thin it out with hot water in order to avoid clumps of product in the washer which ends up causing oil stains on the clothes. It took a long time (shook the bottle continuously) to make it thin enough to pour out the bottle and into the washer.The fragrance is mild and not aggressive on the nose:)

ピンクのダウニーと比べると爽やか系
香りは好みのではありませんでしたが爽やかめのクセの無い香りで使いやすいですただ粘度があって溶け残りがハンパないです台所用のふきんなどには普段柔軟剤は使用せず台所洗剤のみ入れて洗濯するのですがなぜかふきんから柔軟剤の香りがして洗濯機を確認したところ柔軟剤を入れるところにガッツリ白く塊が残っていました面倒ですが使う分だけペットボトルなどに水と一緒に入れて振ってサラサラにしてから使用しています、毎日の洗濯に使うのは面倒なのでマットやスリッパなどたまにしか洗わないものにだけ使用するようになりました
