Power on/off button is a little stiff, high quality

2 pieces. Put the soft rubbery piece over the back of the phone paying attention to lining it up with the side buttons. Line the hard piece up with the left side button first making sure you get a good fit into the hole made for it. Apply slight pressure and the hard piece will go right in place giving a reasonable grip and comfortable feeling when holding the phone. This case wraps all around which I love because dust particles can't get into the tiny grooves of the covered parts of the phone. The only slight 'con'.. and it's not even a huge deal.. is the charging port part is kinda thick and I had to use a cord with a smaller end. Not a biggie. Well packaged. Recvd on time.

The phone case works well - protects the phone and fits well, the side buttons for volume, and power is hard to press the buttons, but works. Charging port is perfectly sized for lanyard uses and Charging at same time!

Previously, I purchased a different type of case, but found that it only had cutouts, where the power/volume buttons are. This just made it harder to to depress them to activate, so it went back. Luckily, I spotted this one. It has rubber type buttons, instead of just openings on the sides. Wow, this makes a big difference! These buttons very easily activate the volume / power, when pushed. Plus, it's just a bit thicker, with rubber protecting all sides. So much easier to hold! It fits my phone like a glove, and looks stylish, too. If your hands suffer from arthritis or carpal tunnel problems, this is a dream case. So easy to hold & I have not dropped it once! I love it!

Good fit. The case is a little Slippy, you need to keep a good grip on the phone.It is still better then not having a case on the phone. I have dropped my phone and had damage.

Case fits Galaxy J7 Sky Pro (2017) perfectly. Seems well made. Have to use one hand to grip it firmly and other hand thumb nail to push hard for power button. Has not gotten better after a couple of weeks. I am soon to replace the phone otherwise I would have returned it.

I purchased my phone, case, and screen protectors together, not expecting much based on previous reviews. Honestly, I chose this case because it happens to be my favorite color and shade (black is a shade, not a color. It is the absence of color.) After over a year and countless drops/throws/damage to this phone, the case remains remarkable unscathed! It has exactly 2 scratches and 1 tiny gouge. The phone itself has remain completely safe and has exceeded the product reviews when i bought it. I think the case has so much to do with that and I am super grateful! I can't afford to buy a new phone, so the investment in the case feels like a great decision! Thank you for the quality of the case! When I do finally upgrade my phone, I will definitely return to you guys to buy a new case!

i had dropped my Samsung Galaxy J7 SkyPro a couple of times in the last few weeks and chipped the corner of the cheap plastic case that came with the phone. i knew it was just a matter of time when i would do it again and perhaps break the screen. so i bought this case and it fits like a glove. the first layer is the soft rubber that protects the back and edges and it's held on the phone by adding the hard back cover. this case fits well and the buttons now work more easily than they did with just the phone itself. the back has a lot of hard plastic 'nibs' that give it some sticking power when laid on most surfaces and the soft edges are really easy to hold and give the feeling of security.Money Well Spent! highly recommended!
