SPT AB-753 Infrared Blood Circulation Massager

I've had this for over a month now and it works great. It is not heavy and a good size to easily place around the house. I was concerned when I read the reviews about the noise but I have been pleasantly surprised. It has some vibrating sound as expected but is not loud. I have used it while watching tv and working by my desk and it works just great. If placed on tiles or wooden floor, the sound might be louder. The only thing I wish they would include is the option for one to stand on it like the other bigger upright models. That way, you can combine lightweight body exercise while on it. Overall, it works as it is supposed to. Helps with circulation. It can also be used to massage the back and upper thighs. There is a short YouTube video on it. Worth checking it out.

Before I bought this Sunpentown foot massager, I looked at a lot of other units and read many comments about this particular one. Yes, it does have some quirks - but, I can make those quirks work for me, I use it at 5 minute intervals, hence I'm not struggling to try and get the extra minutes to work. I like it running on the same speed so I use the manual setting. This has helped the circulation in my left ankle and foot that were affected by a stroke several years ago and I am walking better and feeling much better than I have for over a year.

Shipping excellent. Packaging excellent. Product needs some method of clamping to floor surface (ie. tile,wood), due to vibration of massager. My father quite happy with massager, however it did take us a while to figure out how to stop massager from vibrating away from my father's feet. Carpet didn't work. Suction cup floor clamp did work (this was MacGiver'ed by my husband) Works, but not very pretty. So far no issues with operation. Once set-up, the remote is useful, as my father is unable to bend down/

I used this unit maybe 25 times before it broke. Wasn't heavy use either. Looks like the vibrating just causes parts to come loose inside the unit and it's not something you can take apart yourself to fix. Shipping costs to return it (one way) for warranty was $50.00 (half the price of the unit) since it's so heavy, so I passed on getting it fixed and threw away the unit. The company only pays return shipping to fix it under warranty (most likely their way of motivating consumers to throw it away to reduce their warranty costs). I decided to contact the company and after pushing them they offered a discounted return shipping label of $17, but they don't make this readily known (should have offered me this when I contacted them for how to return it for warranty work, but didn't let me know, I'm sure from management's direction). But, since I was in my busy season at work I wasn't able to get to shipping it for a few more months, then contacted them again to set up returning it. Told me the unit is now out of warranty and that I would need to pay shipping both ways and for the repair and recommended I repurchase the unit. So, this is a cheap unit not designed to last and too expensive to fix (think DVD player, you toss and buy and new one from another manufacturer). Company is all about selling it cheap and not helping the consumer have a good post purchase experience to save a buck. Sunpentown is now off my list of manufacturers from which I'll ever buy a product.

OMG!!! This is THE best product ever and I'm telling everyone I know about it!! Even posted a picture of it on face book. I stand on my feet all day long and concrete at that, so when I get home my feet are sore and tired...no more of that! Again, Amazon had the cheapest price, I'm also a " prime" member (best deal ever) so shipping was free and I got it in two days. My son bought this for me for a Christmas present and it's the best present I've ever received. You can use it on other parts of your body as well, legs, arms, calves, etc. I can't wait to get home everyday to use it! My husband said I was going to break it because I use it so much! I have used it every day since I got it. I "shattered" my right foot two years ago and it still to this day bothers me BUT with this massager it's gotten better. I also sleep great now too! I'm trying to get my 81 year old mother to purchase one because she has "shunts" in her legs due to circulation issues and I know this would help her tremendously! I know I'm writing a lot but I can not give this enough "praise". The ONLY complaint I have is the remote, be careful as I almost threw mine away with the box, it's very small and I would have thrown it away but I knew it came with one after reading about it, and, (ok, that's two complaints) the buttons on the remote are small and hard to press because they are so small but this is very minor as you can "manually" turn it on but some people may have issues bending over to turn it on.
