Beautiful, powerful, and very satisfying!
I am extremely happy with this stand mixer! The design is sleek and modern, and it looks absolutely beautiful sitting on my kitchen counter. The motor is strong yet surprisingly quiet, and it handles both bread dough and cake batters with ease. The large 8.4QT stainless steel bowl is perfect for making big batches, whether it’s bread, buns, or pastry dough. It’s very stable during operation and easy to clean afterward.Customer service was also excellent—friendly, responsive, and generous. They truly care about their customers.Highly recommend this mixer to anyone who loves baking! It’s definitely a 5-star product in both quality and service!

Better than KA
Jan 2025 - I decided it was time to get a stand mixer that could knead bread and make pasta. I have used and owned KA mixers before, but didn't want to go that route this time, especially when there are much less expensive options, with better features, for similarly powerful motors. I browsed Amazon for several months looking at lots of stand mixers, reading reviews, and looking at various features. The Zacme mixer didn't have a lot of reviews, but I kept coming back to it, and decided to give it a try.Initially, I was going to get the 5 quart for myself for Christmas. Then I discovered that it didn't look like the smaller mixers have the attachment option. I'm not 100% sure about that though. Then, the 8 quart had a sale price that I couldn't resist. So I took the plunge. I ordered the 3-in1 Zacme pasta attachment at the same time. The mixer came today and it is absolutely beautiful! I love the cream color. It fits nicely under my cabinets. It seems to have a lower, but wider footprint than KA equivalent. At low speeds, the mixer makes almost no sound. As the speed goes up, there is more of a motor noise, but IMO it is still much less noisy than KA. The mixer doesn't vibrate, rattle, or struggle. I was on the phone while mixing up pasta dough with the paddle, and the other person didn't have any idea. There is a quiet fan that keeps the motor cool, and it can be running, even if the mixer has been turned off. Here are the features that motivated me to get the 8 qt Zacme.1. There is a light over the bowl. I love this! It helps with watching the progress of whatever is in the mixer. If you turn off the mixer, it seems to go into a standby mode and the light goes off. 2. I love the speed adjustment dial on the front, which turns smoothly, and just has a good feel to it.3. The up and down timer is ingenious (if you can't get the mixer to turn on, turn the dial to off, and then back on).4. The paddle, whisk, and hook are adjustable for bowl clearance, and are good quality. They feel substantial. Nothing that will peel over time.5. The handle on top. No one else has this handy feature6. It looks like you can get a 7 quart bowl and scraper paddle that will fit7. Dishwasher safe paddles and bowl. Not all brands are.8. Has the potential to be family heirloom mixerThe machine is elegant, powerful, smooth, and user friendly. I'm looking forward to mixing up cookies and breads and whipped cream.I'm very happy with my purchase and don't hesitate in recommending this mixer to anyone looking for a solid mixer with very practical features.July 2025 - update. I am still super happy with my zacme mixer. The 8 qt bowl is enormous, but I don't regret it. It handles everything. I've mixed dense bread dough, whipped cream, mashed potatoes, mixed cake batter. Clean up is really easy, as everything goes nicely into the dishwasher. I have no qualms recommending this mixer over the popular KA brand. I think this Zacme is a better quality product

Beats Kitchenaid and Ankarsrum !!
This mixer is simply amazing. I rarely write reviews, but maybe my review will help other people in their research to find a good, strong mixer at a reasonable price. I have a Kitchen Aid and its a good mixer overall, but when it comes to bread dough or pizza dough, its woefully inadequate and will break in time. So I have researched for months to make a informed decision about which mixer to get. I do not bake enough to spring for the multi thousand commercial dough mixers. Nor do I have the space for one. I wanted a mixer that could handle larger amounts of stiff dough, but also be quite great at mixing all other things, incl. creaming butter, whipping cream, batter, etc. Some of the dedicated "dough mixers" do not work well at all when it comes to those things, or they are just to fidgety and complicated. After researching and reading all about Ankarsrum, commercial mixers and so on and forth, I had all but decided on the commercial Kitchen-Aid with the orange cable. I wanted a good "all around" mixer that could handle stiff doughs as well. I didn't think it was the strongest choice and the price made me hesitate.Thats when I came across this Zacme mixer and started researching it. There wasn't a whole lot of info out yet, but what I've seen and read made me look into it deeper. It is incredibly innovative. A light ? Wow...thats awesome and so practical. It runs a fan and cools itself off after working hard! The attachments are solid, heavy and large, no comparing to the flimsy attachments some of the higher priced mixers come with. The mixer itself is a tank !!!! Plus it is quite beautiful to look at as well with its vintage vibe. Everything about it is well thought outThe first time I made a stiff dough in it I could have cried happy tears. No more holding down the bucking, steaming and struggling Kitchen Aid as it was trying to throw itself off of the counter in despair..The Zacme handled it like a pro, and quietly too ! Plus it mixes everything else equally well. And the price? Wow. I got it on sale and it was a bargain !!!Best yet, I was also able to get the meat grinder. I used to use my Kitchen aid with a meat grinder and loved that option. Now I can do that with the Zacme as well, so the Kitchen Aid will be gifted to my daughter who has no interest in baking breads or pizzas, lol!I will now get the smaller bowl as well and I will happily mix away whatever needs mixing. Btw. for the people that are concerned about "support". I have written to customer service several times with question and concerns before I bought this mixer. And I have gotten quick and thorough answers and help every single time. So I do not see a problem there either. I highly recommend this mixer. It does the job better, and at a far better price.
