Game Changer
This silly piece of cloth changed my CPAP experience. I was on my fifth mask but was experiencing sores. This thing stopped the mask rubbing made the seal better and it's like night and day. Thank you to the vendor

Nice idea- didn’t work for me
Didn’t fit well and was uncomfortable. Nice idea though. Was worth the try. Shipped quickly.

Great idea, questionable execution.
Like others have said, the mask hole is way too small and it covers up the n30i airway, making it hard to breathe at night. I had to cut a bigger opening to make it fit. After trying it on for 2 weeks, I came to the conclusion that it's not a good fit. The entire mask cover keeps sliding down when I sleep, meaning the holes keep misaligning. I will try to find a way to tighten the mask further.

I wanted to like these
Reviews were mixed, so I hoped I'd be in the happy camp. Sadly, not so much. The velcro closures sit against the skin. They are very stiff and uncomfortable. I tried moving them, and they actually pinched my nose shut. These would probably work better with softer/smaller velcro or, even better, moving the closure to the opposite side, away from the face.

Perfect Fit!
This liner fits precisely over the nasal air holes. The washable cotton material is soft and pliable protecting delicate skin. Easy to apply with Velcro strips. Comfortable finally! Thank you!

Great product
This is a great product. It keeps my nose from getting sore while maintaining a good seal.

Unfortunately, these didn't work well for us
My 12-year-old daughter recently started using a CPAP. She immediately developed skin irritation, so I reached out to the store we got it from, as well as her pulmonologist. The pulmonologist suggested a cloth liner, but nobody makes them for her particular nose pillow/mask. I as so happy to find this, but there wasn't a sz small. The smallest sz was a medium. I read the reviews & saw here a couple of people had tried it, and was desperate, so decided to try it too.We loved that the fabric was so silky soft & lightweight. I played with it to try to ensure that the nasal holes matched up with her mask, but because it was the wrong size, it just didn't work for us. That's no reflection on the seller. I knew I was buying the wrong size but was willing to take the chance. She only wore it for maybe 2 minutes tops & removed it because she said she couldn't breathe. I tried adjusting it, but on the 2nd try we gave up and consulted with a dermatologist. By the time he saw her, she had large, raw, oozing sores on her face. The CPAP shop was unaware of a liner to fit her chosen mask & pulmonology suggested amazon. Dermatologist suggested a different mask, but mask options for kids are limited and this was her 2nd mask. She actually loves her mask - it just irritates her skin. She hated the 1st one, & insurance only allows one exchange of masks. My daughter is autistic & has sensory issues, so for her to say she likes the way something feels is massive - especially when mask wearing compliance is what determines if insurance will continue to cover the CPAP. We've adjusted the fit & have 2 different creams from the dermatologist, but we really NEED a liner!PLEASE consider offering this in a sz small! There's a large market for it! Many women wear smalls, and there are lots of children who use CPAP.Pros:*The fabric is VERY soft & silky*The fabric is lightweight*The Velcro closure is secure & in theory should stay away from delicate skinCons:*My daughter said she couldn't breathe with it over her mask (granted, it was the wrong size)*The biggest con is that size small wasn't available
