The concept behind these seems like it would be helpful for dry eye. However, these are made so poorly that I was afraid to even try using them. The edges of the rollers and the post that holds the rollers were all sharp. Not just tough, but sharp to the touch. I was not willing to try using them for fear I would cut my eyelid or get an infection. It’s a shame, but I do not recommend buying these.

This was painful to use. I bought it because I have dry eye, and because my doctor said my meibomian glands looked sludgy.I used this after using an electric heat mask at 113°. I couldn’t see that any oil was expressed. It also hurt like the dickens! I wasn’t able to continue.I the roller closely afterwards. The rollers rolled somewhat smoothly, but they did get stuck and needed more pressure to turn.
