I used this drawer to retro fit an opening that had a trash compacter and make it into a cabinet. The product arrived intact and was well packaged with cardboard, styrofoam, and clear bags separating and protecting the various pieces. The wood on the drawer is decent quality although one dovetail was a knot. The fit was good and the dovetail is a creative design enabled glueless DIY assembly. One joint was a tad deep meaning the siderail went further than it should into the front panel but it remained secure when I pushed it to be plush. The extension glides are good quality and I was pleased that the connecters to attach the rear of the glide to the back of the cabinet were 1) long and 2) metal. The instructions could be modestly better by noted that the use of a rubber mallet should be buffered so the wood is marked or damaged, by explaining how to disconnect the rail affixed to the drawer from the other two extension pieces in more detail and by describing the orientation of the extension rail to the drawer but this can be deduced from the illustrations. The instructions were also silent on ensuring the two rails were level and assumed the cabinet was the standard width and gaps which mine was not. All in all I am pleased with the product and feel it was a good value.

We had some difficulties installing these tray drawers because our cabinets were just a little too wide for the screws to go in securely. My husband is very handy, so he got them to work with spacers snd different screws. Also, assembling the drawers was not easy because the fitting is very tight. We almost gave up, but a rubber mallet helped. After installing, though, they seem to be very sturdy and hold a great amount of weight. I like the birch color wood that matches the interior of my cabinets perfectly. Make sure you install the drawer bottoms the correct way (bank side up), otherwise you may see natural variations in the wood that look like spills snd stains. I put the value as 4 stars because I felt they were very expensive (we installed 4 shelves per cabinet), but I guess all cabinetry is that way.

Like the functionality and the look. A little tricky to fit exactly into the space. Had to add shims on the door front side to bypass the cabinet door when pulling out. Simple fix !!

I wanted to order two shelves, but found only one available on the website. I contacted the seller and they fixed the website in order for me to order two shelves. I ordered the 30 inch shelves. The cabinet opening is exactly 30 inches but the shelf is actually 29 inches. When you attach the slides on each side it equals the 30 inch opening. I received the shelves today from UPS and installed. Instructions were straight-forward and easy to follow. I used a rubber mallet to put my shelves together. I also used the recommended drill bit to drill pilot holes for the screws to attach the slides. There is also an available video that you can watch on the website showing how the shelves go together. The shelves are very well made. The Pull-out shelves look awesome. Our whole kitchen has pull out shelves. Not sure why they didn't put a couple in the cabinet under our stove cook top, where my wife stores her pots and pans. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely order from this seller again.

The product is well made and the drawer is easy to assemble. Putting the rails on the draw is tricky. Is there a reason there are no predrilled holes? These would help. The instructions are not good and confusing. I found a video on YouTube that was MUCH better. What not reference this in the instructions? Installing a slide out drawer is tricky in any case. The fit must be precise to function properly. The alignment of the drawer rails and cabinet mounted rails was off by 1/8”. I put washers between the rails and the cabinet to move the rails out 1/8” and the drawer now slides in and out as it should. Soft close rails would be nice but these are not. This is going to result in the cabinet doors hitting the drawer knowing my family.
