Pretty cool lighter. I did tase my finger onec or twice by opening it while in my pocket... light poke, nothing serious. Looks great, works great, but figuring it out when it will need charge... yeah should have bought the one that shows me charging level, but then this is more metal. Dropped it a few times and still works. Bough a new one too...

It is nice quality construction feels durable, and the absence of open flames makes it safer for indoor or outdoor use. I find it suitable for candles, cigarettes, and small-diameter cigars. Though it’s a bit awkward for larger ones or pipes. The 7-second auto power-off feature adds peace of mind, and the battery indicator lights let you track remaining charge easily. A practical choice for everyday use with the charge lasting days with daily use. The photo shows remaining battery after two days of active use.

Got this as a gift for a friend and they loved it. They loved it for lighting candles. Considering getting one for me.

The media could not be loaded. The lighter came dead out of the package. When plugged in, the light took about 2 hours to come on and I had originally thought I received a defective lighter. After about 6 hours of charge, the lighter did work and has maintained its charge so far. I am impressed by the heaviness of the case itself, as well as the design and will admit it's a pretty cool thing to carry around. However, when lighting there is a very high pitched noise that is noticeable from a fair distance. It also does take a bit longer to light things as opposed to a normal lighter. When compared to a normal lighter in the wind, it is more reliable. With all that being said, I would say it's a pretty good lighter for the money, but if it dies or stops working I would probably spend my money on a normal lighter.

My Wife is a pack a day smoker and this was the best electric lighter I have gotten her so far until it stopped working this week. Will not charge, will not turn on when open, it's totally dead. Thinking the control board or the battery died. Was not abused, never got wet, was working fine until it wasn't.
