I have been eating nopal since I'm a kid. It's so healthy. Since I can't get fresh nopal where I live, this supplement is very good. I like that it has no fillers besides the rice flour and that it's a vegan capsule. This is the only organic one I could find. I really like this brand. I tried their natural deodorant too and it's amazing.
