Needed a new pan
I bought this pan because it had the cooling racks with it. My other pans were very old and nasty and I needed some cooling racks I also will make meatballs in the pan and place the meat balls on the cooling rack to bake in the oven.

A must have for the toaster oven
We have used this almost daily for 6 months and the stainless steel tray still looks brand new. This replaced a Wilson non-stick tray that looked terrible and wouldn't come completely clean. The silicone has a few spots on it but has been pretty easy to keep clean. I plan to order more silicone tray liners. Highly recommend.

Grid pattern on the rack keeps food from falling through! And Very easy to clean.
This rack set is a great size. The rack has a grid pattern that holds the food.. no slipping through. It washed easily. The pan is highly reflective and heats quickly and evenly. Great replacement for my "copper" bake rack set!
