Very strong, almost too hard to pull down!

Very easy to install. Perfect fit. Works very well.

The order was cheap, came in on time, and was easy to install. Just had to pop the old ones out with a little pry and pop the new ones in their place. Make sure to have a good prop holding up the hood/hatch back so that you don't have to lift them at the same time as you install.

They did not come with instruction. however, they were very easy to install after watching a video on you tube. They are also stronger than the ones I replaced, which makes it a bit more challenging to pull the tailgate closed and they make the tailgate go up by itself without having to pull it up. Happy so far.

Ordered these for my 2003 ML350. They worked perfectly and are plenty strong enough to lift the rear hatch and more. Would definitely order again if I need to.

Really needed to replace my list on my Mercedes Benz ML350. The lifts were stiff at 1st but they are great now and especially since the cold usually makes it harder to stay up. Would purchase again.

I bought, through Amazon, a pair of these less than 60 DAYS ago, and they went bad already. Amazon customer service provides a number to call, which does go back to the A-Premium people. But once they ascertain you bought through Amazon, they say they can't find your record and send you back to Amazon.My wife hurt her head on the hatchback door at first, but now, three days later, the struts won't hold up the door at all.Beware! This A-Premium vendor is paying for ads, for product placement, and is trying hard to sell to you. But for whatever short-sighted reason they provide a defective product, they will not provide any recourse when their product quickly goes bad, and they feel they can continue with this business model with impunity.I have to buy new reliable struts for my wife's SUV immediately, but it won't be from them.

I bought these for a friends ML430. They arrived the next day and in good condition. They were very easy to install and it took a good amount of effort to close the gate. We will see over time how they last in the cold Canadian prairie winters, but for now I give them a 5 star rating.
