A good glove but slightly bulky glove with decent wear for the price.
I haul propane transport so these gloves see decent use and they spend a lot of time wet drying out on my defrost vents, which isn't good for leather. I've had them for about four months and love the double layered leather fingertips, since they aren't done when the first layer peels. The slightly padded palms are nice for slapping a wrench in cold weather and don't interfere with gripping things, even with my tiny hands. The knuckle isn't bolstered but the material is sufficient to keep you from bleeding in normal use cases, though I have cut them and come close. I've only used these in the fall/winter/early spring. They aren't warm but work okay for chaining up and dry fairly quickly on the dash. My only complaint would be dexterity as they are a non-insulated work glove. You won't have a good time threading 1/4-28 inch bolts with these but they were never made for that.Oh. I just thought of a second complaint. I wish they made them in an extra small. The smalls are too big but they work and they're a damn good working glove. Just bought three more pairs. Hope ya'll enjoy these as I have. Happy trucking and working out there ladies and gents.

Best Welding Gloves
Every detail on these gloves is top notch. Aside from the top quality of material used and craftsmanship in constructing them lending durability, hides a hidden gem.My favorite thing about the Tillman Black Elskins is the hand pattern used in comfluence with the clean and tight hemming around the finger tips. I'm sure if you have spent some time welding, you would agree that some gloves are bulky and hinder dexterity. This is usually because the excess material is not trimmed and cleaned on the outside of the hem.If you were to turn the glove inside out, the amount of material after the stitching between the top and bottom around the fingers is what kills the dexterity. These gloves don't have that so I can feel what I am doing and they are comfortable as heck - I almost wear them any chance I get.

Durable, Comfortable. Excellent Pair of Gloves
My wife got me a pair of these, 3 years ago, from a travelling sales truck. I used these gloves heavily, year round. This fall, they were starting to show some wear. One finger tip was worn through. They had faded, and were more yellow/gray, than yellow/white.I found these on Amazon, and thought... WOW! I've won the lottery! Something that I bought, that lasted as long, if not longer than I had supposed, was STILL available! Folks, This kind of stuff just doesn't happen to me!Anyhoo... I've always wanted to say that... Anyhoo, These gloves are durable. They wear in pretty quick. You won't be able to say, pick up a pin, unless you catch the tip of the pin, in the finger tip leather, but you will be able to rappel down a cliff face... if you're into that kind of thing. I use these gloves, during Winter, to keep my hands fairly warm. They aren't weatherproof, and if they get wet, they will no longer be comfortable.Oh, and these gloves were used for putting up, and repairing barbed wire fence, pulling and picking up unwanted vegetation, roofing, and other chores.A good pair of gloves, well worth the price, if the color doesn't dissuade you.

Best welding gloves ever!!
These are the best gloves you can buy, hands down! I weld 8-11 hours a day, needless to say I do a lot of welding. Mostly flux-cored innershield and stick in all positions but a lot of vertical. Most gloves I bought wouldn't last a week, some would only last a day! I've used tons of other types of welding gloves and these are by far the best. These gloves last me 2 months welding all day everyday in the field too, not in a shop. It's unreal how heat resistant they are, for how thin they are, compared to other gloves. I used to get huge burn blisters on my knuckles from other gloves, if I didn't want to stop my weld and have a restart. With these gloves it never happens! Yes they are more expensive but you get what you pay for. 1 pair of these is like 4 pairs of the blue Tillman gloves. These are top quality. I'll never use any other glove again. If you work outside in the winter like I do, wear tight small gloves under these to keep your hands warm. Trust me you will not regret buying these, the great dexterity alone will make you a better welder. Any experienced welder will tell you that the most important thing is to be comfortable while welding. So any way to make you more comfortable will make you a better welder.

Decent pair of work gloves.
I've been wearing these gloves for the past month. The first thing I noticed was that the velcro straps don't stay together very well, which is a little annoying but they work for the most part. These gloves have worn pretty good, but in the first two weeks a hole started to develop in the middle finger on the left hand and the pads on the thumbs and forefingers started tearing loose. Nothing too awful, but things have continued to deteriorate as would be expected. After one month's wear the hole in the finger has increased in size and I've already worn through the first layer of most of the finger pads, but I continue to wear them because they are still functional. I suspect they've got a couple more weeks worth of work left in them. I'll be trying out other gloves in the future, but may come back to these if I can't find anything with superior quality.

Best all around pair
I have been using these for about 4 months now while attending welding school. I have welded stick, mig, and tig with them. These are amazing hybrid gloves that can work for any form of welding you need. I feel like they work best with mig though. The only complaint I have about stick is that you have to be careful with any splatter while doing overhead. The gloves have great heat resistance but when the heat gets through it gets all the way through. I love them for tig too as the comfort allows you to feel everything even when handling smaller 3/32 rods. With that said their are more comfortable tig specific gloves out there. Overall I find them to be the best mig gloves I have used. While their are better tig and stick gloves they tend to be job specific gloves that only work with one form of welding. As an across the board pair these would have to be number one.
