EASY TO FIGURE OUT—- JUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!
Ordered a pair of these for some bowling shoes. Bowling shoes with laces are so outdated and a task to tie and tuck. Unless you order the newer ones with the BOA laceless system- a pair of these are a must. After reading reviews, i was A little skeptical as some buyers had issues with the clasps, or the spring mechanism to tighten. To my satisfaction- this is literally one of the EASIEST things to figure out. There’s literally 4 step instructions—- and they are simple, and illustrated to clearly show how to put in the laces and the clasps. Some say that they had an issue with re-opening the clasp to adjust the ends after you cut them—- but i purposely Clasped the ends, and followed the instructions to reopen them, and no issues. With all that said- these are at a great price point, ($7.99 for a pair) they work exceptionally well, and are easily adjusted and installed with simple instructions. Well worth it to buy multiple pairs if you don’t like laces!

Would recommend, worked great for working food service
Bought these for my shoes when I was working food service since my shoes were always coming untied in the kitchen. These were easy to install and worked great at keeping my shoes snug while ensuring I didn’t have to deal with any untied laces while working. Had a good bit of stretch to them even after I installed them in my shoes and didn’t cause any discomfort or anything while using them. Overall I wound up buying two for my work shoes and my regular shoes I loved them so much over my regular laces. Would definitely recommend for those working food service or somewhere having your shoes get untied could be a problem.

Love these
I hate dealing with shoe laces, so this was a perfect way for me to convert my walking shoes into laceless wonders. The plastic end bit is hard to close, and if you don't put the elastic in far enough it might pop out. The spring on the round bit is not easy to push down to get the strings in all the way, but it worked and now that it's in place they're perfect.

A 50% difference in my shoe's comfort!
So far, I have bought three pair of these, because the first pair was so good I couldn't help myself. Now I know that we all don't need ANOTHER review, but again, I couldn't help myself! :)I have been looking at these for awhile now, and it was only the other day that I decided to try them, I'm glad that I did. Not only did these work, they work very well. The FIRST PAIR (white) was for a brand new pair of Adidas walking shoes, they felt O.K., but with these, it made them REALLY comfortable! I walked on my treadmill and it made quite the difference. To say I was impressed, well, I was.I'd rate the comfort in these shoes as a 6 out of 10, (with 10 being best) but, it's the shoe, not the laces, I think, I'll get back to you on that if I find something different. The SECOND PAIR I bought was for an older pair of "tennis shoes" (that's what we call call them in Texas) that were really still very nice, even though they are probably around 15 years old. I rarely wear them, only to run out real fast, or something, the reason was that I bought them a size too small. I wear a 9-1/2 and these were a size 9...Anyway, they kind of hurt my feet if I wore them too long, hence why I rarely wear them, so after I put on my new GREY color shoe laces!(A guy in a Review above me complained because there were no grey colored ones, well, they do have them)These laces made such a HUGE difference that it was at least a 50 increase in comfort, I can only guess that since they were slightly too small, these stretch laces allowed my foot to expand horizontally, hence my newfound comfort. I just walked 30 minutes on my treadmill and they were perfect! I now not only have a comfortable shoes, I actually gained a new pair of shoes! :)I would rate these a 9 out of 10, I'd give them a 10 but I don't have enough use to really rate them. I love 'em though! So, today my THIRD PAIR arrived, they are for my hiking boots (that I never hike in), I just wear them everywhere. While the laces were very comfortable, this pair did not make me scream with joy, I liked it, a lot, but it was not a huge difference.I'd rate these at a 8 out of 10, again, I am unsure of the longevity, but my initial trial is that these are going to be good. The GOOD THING though is, I can slip on, and off, ALL of my shoes with ease, and that to me is a really good thing.I read a lot of complaints about how the snap closure doesn't work well, I found that to not be true in my case. You need to understand how they work, then you can make them work. You need to make sure that the lace is nowhere in the way of the snap, if it is, it won't close properly. Also, if you screw up, and I did, you can undo the snap by using a ball-point pen or something semi-pointed that is not sharp that you can poke into the end of it, that releases it. You can then try snapping them again, it ought to work fine. It makes an audible CLICK! when snapped correctly. For the people that lose them, I would almost bet that they never had them snapped correctly in the first place.Makes sure that you do your part correctly because these seem to be made very well and I can sure see how someone that isn't good at these things could have trouble. I had a little trouble on my first one, so I can relate. One more thing. I have also read Reviews where people say they they BROKE while tying them. Broke? Tying them? You don't need to tie them, you rarely need to pull on them if you install them correctly. These are designed to be a looser fit than a regular shoelace, and, they DO NOT need tying, not even a little bit. Look at the pictures, that will show you what you need to make yours look like. The way I have mine done there will be no way that I can ever break my laces, there are no knots, not tangles, no nothing to make it ever snap or break. If you adjust yours quite a bit I can see that wear can happen, but that would take a long while, I would think.Just something to think about. :)I know this is long, probably no one will ever read it, but In felt I needed to say how well these are! :)I'll be back for a report on how well they did after some time, just to make sure that I'm not giving credit if they are not what I said they were..

Love em!
Bought 3 or 4 packs. I did break the first one when I realized I didn't run my laces through the tongue of the shoe. I ended up prying the end clamp off and reclamping it down, but once you clamp it, that's it. So make sure you get it right. They hold up well, easy to use/install. Not quite on par with Solomon laces but they are far more affordable with lots of color variants. Will be putting these on most my shoes!! Overall fantastic product!

These laces stretch and make life so much easier
I have a fused spine, these laces made it easier for me to slip into the shoes without untying them. Im 71 and with a fused spine I have trouble doing a lot

Shortage of shoelace end clamps in each of the 6 boxes I ordered.
Once I got them put in life was good but it was not without some effort especially having to push down on the spring latch to get the shoelaces through. A small pair of pliers did the trick. I'm only giving 3 stars because out of all the 6 boxes I ordered there was a shortage of shoelace end clamps for each lace. There should of been 4 end clamps in each box but all the boxes I got only came with 2 or 3. I had to use a clamp from another box to finish the laces.

Cool looking no-tie
I got these shoe strings as a replacement for my son’s hightop Hey Dudes’ strings. He was very happy and they look cool. No tying is necessary.
