It seemed a little bulky for my hands. Maybe depends on what type KD I jury you have. If you are trying to protect your hand it’s soft, and you can wear it and it stays in place. Good Product

I have had a version of these from a different company/brand and they are far less comfortable. These have plenty of fill in the palms to support a neutral hand position. I also found that they were comfortable to wear while sleeping.
