1.5HP Dual Voltage Pool Pump Inground, 4500GPH Flow, 42FT Head Lift, Self-Priming Water Pump for Inground/Above Ground/Seawater Pools and Hot Tubs, 115V/230V 60HZ AC

Installed 2.5 HP version of the pump as a replacement of my dead 17 years old 2HP STA_RITE DyNA-GLAS pump. Install wasn't too bad, needed to re-pipe some. Wiring Picture in included installation Manual was a little confusing at first (figured it out right after emailing BRIOPAWS, however, they responded promptly with a better diagram (they should replace wiring diagram with a better one). It's been running for 10 days now, so far, its quiet and works great, Polaris Cleaner, Salt Chlorine Generator and SPA Jets work fine as well, even at low speed. I like it for its quietness and price, can't beat it. Let see how long will it last...

Quiet pump. Pumps well. My installation took a bit more layout on my part due to my spacing limitations. Electrical connections were a bit tricky working in the tight motor wire box. I had the skill set to get er done. Others may not be so lucky. My pool flow is only ground level. I would not buy this pump for pushing water to a roof top solar system. I’d get one with a larger pump section.

Everything about the pump is great so far. It worked perfect to support the water features of my pool. Time will tell how long it will last. I replaced a 2HP Sta-Rite pump that lasted 19 years. I do not anticipate this pump to last as long, but if I can get 5 or more years of use I will be happy. You can't beat the price.

Easy to install. And the suction on the 2.5 hp is much better very happy I had to return a 1.5 hp because it didn't work. This one is great and I got the warranty so I feel good about this purchase

Had it installed and it ran for about 15 minutes then started making a high-pitched squeal. Had to send it back. To be fare I may have just gotten a bad one. Didn't seem to have much suction.

Spent a day installing the pump. Hooked everything up perfectly and turned it on, only to see water squirting out of the sides of it.Update: Briopaws reached out to me and suggested that I go around the housing tightening all the bolts. I did this and found 2 bolts that weren't as tight as the should be. After tightening them, I turned the pump on and the leaks were gone.The pump has great power. My old 1 HP pump had trouble priming, but not this one. Moving lots of water. It's a bit louder than my old pump but it's twice the power and water flow.Briopaws has written me several times and I'm impressed with their customer service.

The pump is great but they put the wire connectors in hard to reach places at the top and have metal covering it on the outside so you have to reach around. lf the wiring setup wasn't so bad, I'd give it a 5
