These are high carbon knives and are very SHARP
I seen this brand knives being used on REMOTE LIFE ALASKA YouTube channel. I like the way they worked. High carbon steel holds its sharpness better than stainless steel but they do require additional care. After use I immediately hand wash, dry and hang to throughly dry than I put the shield on until I need to use it again. If not properly taken care they will rust. These knives are very SHARP

Awesome blades
These blades are amazing. You definitely have to wear gloves while using them or you will cut yourself as they are extremely sharp. Again, the blades are extremely lol
