These were perfect for out water lantern festival. Well made but needed a little adjustment. The wood is very soft which was helpful for drilling. We were required to have these tethered for out event. This required drilling an extra hole and connect fishing line to each lantern. The pre-drilled holes for the upright sticks needed to be bored out better. Again the wood is soft so it was not a big chore to do this, other than having to do it 240 times (60 lanterns, 4 holes each). We glued the posts in with e6000 to keep them steady. I purchased flameless tealight candles and used them instead of the wax candles. The paper was sturdy and easy to write on. The attendees were very pleased with the lanterns.

I was intrigued by these lanterns because it said they were made of real wood and could float. While I haven't tried to float them, they do look nice placed in a window at night or lighting a pathway. They cannot be left out in the weather and if these were being floated, if it wasn't in calm water where they wouldn't get wet, I'm fairly sure they wouldn't be of use again. They are made of real wood and the dowels need to be held firmly where they are being inserted to avoid breaking them. These give off a nice, peaceful light and vibe.

Some platforms did not have all holes drilled and others were too big and the wooden support pieces would not stay upright. Spent a lot of time working on and wasn't able to use all of them.

These were easy to put together and gave just the right look for our event other than the water jets always pushing them into a corner.

These lanterns look nice, but the lights were incredibly dim and didn't show up in the dark. Save your money because lanterns that don't light up are useless.

The media could not be loaded. These are super pretty lanterns. They aren't difficult to put together, just a bit tedious. The worst part was taking the papers out of the middle of each little candle, which took me a while to realize that's why they weren't working... One of my candles did come broken, but I was able to screw it together enough to work. Aside of those little issues, they look really beautiful! I only assembled one for now because I plan to use them outside in the warmer months. The paper feels durable enough. Overall I'm really excited to use these! I love that they aren't just one color with a steady on, but have multiple patterns and plenty of fun colors. My yard and pool will look so pretty this summer!

Enough light to see with, but not to bright, love the timers.
