At roughly the mass of a newborn infant, Emory is comforting to cuddle and fall asleep with. All his limbs (legs, belly, arms and head) are weighted proportionally to allow Emory to sit or lie down yet still be somewhat posable.This elephant is so great. Emory's soothing blue yet velvety-soft fur and embroidered face details are spot on. He's The perfect weight and size for cuddling at 4.5 lbs. It really does give the same pressure of a hug! The construction is solid and durable. He's very well made, high quality, and the weight makes him feel akin to a newborn lying on your chest! He's extremely huggable and irresistible to look at because of his kind, non-judgmental eyes that make you want to hug him even more. Perfect for just about anyone or even a pet who needs a bed buddy. You get the benefits of a weighted blanket without the restriction of being confined under a weighted blanket. It’s been such a great help with my anxiety, sleep, and concentration. Due to the weight, I don't recommend this for anyone under 2-years of age.

I'm 37 with 3 kids and I love Sam the sloth for MYSELF. He's weighted throughout his body, (arms, legs and my middle and not much in his head). Weighing him at home, he was 4 lbs and 10 oz. He is great for comfort, anxiety and sleep. I would also recommend for older children.

So I'm an autistic adult who also struggles with severe anxiety among other issues and this weighted plushie has become my best friend! I got Frankie The Cat and I've had him for over a month now. He's heavy, cute, and the perfect design for snuggles and sleeping. The seams are high quality and I haven't had any issues with my replacement Frankie (the first one was defective but Amazon makes replacements super easy). All in all 5 stars from me I highly recommend Hugimals and yes I know the price is high at but it's so worth it!!P.S.Taking out the weighted insert for machine washing is incredibly difficult so I usually just spot clean Frankie but Hugimals are machine washable and there's a video on YouTube on how to remove and reapply the weighted insert on the inside.

This weighted sloth is adorable and just the right amount of weight for me. The quality is fantastic. Super soft. I'm currently being comforted by the "hug" of this cutie while recovering from bronchitis. I'm a 50+ year old female and this is age appropriate in my opinion! I got weighted stuffed animals for my 20+ yr old daughters for Christmas. Both are neuro-divergent. Seeing them enjoy theirs made me want one for myself. So glad I purchased!

This product was very worth the price. My 5 yr old granddaughter has sensory issues and anxiety and she loved it. It really does feel like it's giving a real hug. Very good quality. The weighted parts of it make it so much more than just another stuffed animal. It was bigger than expected too. She slept with it the first night and slept through the night with no issues. I also purchased the Elephant and Sloth for other grandkids and they were just as cute. I recommend this product.

Even weight distribution Even through limbs is excellent. The fabric is incredibly soft and velvety. Literally feels like sleeping next to a small baby. He is so helpful for my anxiety while sleeping!

My girls (4 and 6) love these. They both have trouble falling asleep and are really restless and fidgety and these cute little guys help soothe them. Super soft, big and heavy! Honestly not as heavy as I thought they would feel but my four year old can barely lift hers.
