Great value for money
Great value for money. Assembly is relatively easy but can be a bit confusing. The product is sturdy and provides ample support. Cushion may feel hard initially but settles well. Way better than many other brands that I have tried and gives comfort similar to Herman Miller chairs - unsure about durability. Only issue I have is with the headrest. It was too tight to go into the slots and I had to remove the holder to fit it. It is still a bit too tight to adjust easily.

M57-2.Grey: Value for Money offering Comfortable Ergonomic Seating
Shipping: Delivered the day it was promised, though was delayed by about 3 hours Packing: Seemed like it had already been opened, may be for inspection, but no major damages found. The box both inside and outside was torn / punctured. The Allen key seemed to be opened. Rest all major parts were in their plastic / foam wrapping. Some plastic and steel parts had minor scratches, noticeable only with a hawk-eye Quality: Caster roller wheels: are made with combination of plastic and aluminum and are of decent quality, its holds the ground without slipping due to rubber padding on wheels, yet moves around smoothly without making any noise Legs are of good quality and sturdy metal (not sure if this is chrome plated aluminum or steel) Seat and seat mechanism: The internal mechanism is made out of steel hosted in good quality plastic. The meshed seat is securely attached to the sturdy plastic frame of the seat The back rest: is also made of same plastic and mesh and the 2D lumbar support adjustments are good and provides very good back support. Mesh Quality: Mesh quality seems to be very good and provides good support. I weigh around 120kgs and it did not have any issue holding my weight. Being breathable, its a boon in summer and for those living in tropical climate. Hand rest: It is made of high quality materials (Plastic outer, stainless steel L arm and the handle itself is foam filled leatherette). The 3D arm adjustments provide you good elbow and wrist support. Head rest is made of same quality plastic and mesh. Gas lift: Seem good and able to take my weight and hold it in position. I would have preferred another additional 1 to 2 inches height. Assembly: Manual was sufficient and it was easy to assemble. Took about 20-30 minutes for one person - can manage, two will help in lifting and assisting in assembly. Seating comfort: The moment I sat it was a very comfortable feeling, and felt it was holding me properly in position. I'm 5'9 with long legs and it provided me with good thigh support, thigh width, back & lumbar support and fair neck support. Overall Verdict: Value for money, comfortable, customizable. I'm providing 4 star for 3 reasons: The packaging as mentioned above Seat assembly does not provide forward / backward movements options, which would've give additional ergonomic customization Gas lift can add additional 2 inches Long Term Review: Above reviews are based on my day 1 observations right after assembly. Will revisit after 3 months to share my long term observations.

Amazing Chair by Sihoo! Value for money
I have ordered 2 Sihoo M57 chairs and I am amazed by the overall experience. The package was delivered on time, packaging was awesome and clean. The user manual has minimal 7-8 step process which can be followed to assemble the chair in approx 20-30 minutes. The comfort level is great. The mesh is breathable so say goodbye to your sweaty pants. The build quality is great. Steel and good plastic would make sure that it is durable. Handrests are quite accommodating and comfy with a little but soft plastic. Con- Only a minor issue that i want to mention, the hansrest and neck support parts fumble a little but that is not a major issue as the chair is far better than any other chair brands in India. As per my research, only Steelcase and Herman Miller offer better chairs but those are mostly not available in India and even if some models are available, they are like above 40-50k for a normal model. The HM that I liked was 1.2lacs 😂 so dropped the idea till i open my own business or become CEO of a firm 🤟🏻😎

Better than Green Soul Chair. Got it for ₹6673 using 2000 coupon discount and some bank discount.
Very good chair i would say. Sturdy and durable. Gas lift is much more smoother than Green soul zodiac pro chair. I got SIHOO M18 chair for ₹6673 only using 2000 coupon discount and some icici card discount. Packaging was worst, box was not sealed properly. On first sight i thought inside parts would be broken or some parts would be missing. But when i opened the box, every part was wrapped standalone. And nothing was broken nor anything was missing. In fact every part was better packed than Green soul. It took around 15 mins to assemble. Thete is multi language guide book available that makes assembly process easier for everyone. Screws are provided in extra quantity. Means if you somehow miss any screw or any screw got damaged during assembly, an extra quantity is provided in the box so u can use it again. Overall best affordable and durable chair. If you're taller guy like 6ft or above i would say don't go with this model, because taller people may feel uncomfortable. I'm 5'11 and it's Perfectly fine for me. For women's this is the best comfy chair according to women's average height.

Good service amazon
After a week chair leaning towards left side. If you sit for an hour it was causing back pain and severe leg pain. Customer service was good refunded my amount. Amazon service is good.

Best in price range but has some minor flaws
The quality of the product is better than the other chairs sold in India with the same price range. Assembling the product do give a sense of achievement. Also helps u see each parts used and its quality. I would recommend it if it is in ur budget even with its caveats. Pros 1) lumbar support is padded and customizable. The reason i preferred this over others. 2) Being mesh do actually keeps u cooler. I tend to not need my AC, Only a fan can keep u comfortable. The mesh don't irritate the skin. Mesh is of good quality 3) It doesn't creak at all (atleast my unit). Is sturdy even with the recliner. testament to its quality. 4) Only Chair i found sold in India with good Mesh quality being all mesh within the 15k budget. The local brands are all selling it above 20k. Please keep this price. Cons 1) Mesh seat even tho being flexible will not be as comfortable as a fabric cushion for some people. I am not sure if it will sag by time. I work more than 12 hrs on the chair. My butt do feel numb but it is still endurable for long use. 2) The armrest do have some wobble coz its can be adjusted. dont feel like its going to break but could improve on it. Also i know its not 5D adjustable but wish the arms could be more narrower for me since i am thin. 3) the leg arms do have edges that is not comfortable if i keep my foot on it. I can feel the metal blunt edge. Could have some padding on it or make the design smother on the corner edge. 4) The recliner spring, I am not sure if the tension knob on the bottom even works or not coz i dont feel any tension change on the recliner

I have used a Haworth chair earlier to this and understand what a good quality ergonomic chair is. Before ordering this I have ordered Wakefit Albus chair because I liked the brand in general for their mattress, bed etc. Unfortunately, the quality and comfort of their chair is a joke so I had to return it. After researching further I came to know that most of the ergonomic chairs in India are OEM(including Wakefit and Greensoul) are products purchased from China and get a brand's logo in India. Then I came across this brand which is out of China but sells their products across the globe, I have seen international reviews of this chair. Most consumers/reviewers in India dont seem to understand a good ergonomic chair in terms of quality and comfort. The wakefit chair I ordered and returned, was a toy compared to the Haworth chair I used, wake fit was so cheap plastic and flimsy over all. Sihoo M57 isn't as strong as a Hayworth but comes pretty close in terms of comfort and build quality. Everything about this chair is good, neck support, low back support, 3D arm support and the mesh material has perfect tension to make it comfortable. Icing on the cake for me is using Ikea DAGOTTO foot rest which makes it even more comfortable. Got this chair for 11k after some bank discount, very good deal I believe for this quality compared to Wakefit.

A bit disappointed, review after more than a week of usage
Was expecting a solid product based on reviews from Amazon and videos in YouTube. But the version I received had legs as multiple parts, compared to the version shown in most of the videos. Seems like this is a revised and new version. But it's so disappointing, I have tried adjusting and tightening the screws multiple times, but the screeching sound from the wheel base join is so irritating. There is nothing left to try. They should have kept the original design of old model which was a single piece of cast iron for the wheel base! Also, though it's decently ergonomic, at any of the settings, the lambar support doesn't seem good enough. In some other reviews and online videos I saw them mention about lambar support being hard or not so good. But I thought it might be because of their height as there were others who seemed to say it's good. (From people around 5' 4" and 5' 5"... Around 165 to 168 CM in height) But for me it seems too hard and the top part is not well cushioned and I can feel the hard plastic line at top of lambar support, within an hour of sitting and starts creating short term slight back pain! I had to add additional DIY thin cushions myself to slightly reduce it... There should have been slight tilt adjustment in lambar support or it should have decent cushioning. Long term review after a few months of usage:(Updated on October 2023) The screeching sound of legs have reduced significantly over time, though it's there slightly at times, it's hardly noticeable, maybe I got used to it... in terms of lumbar support, I have improved a bit on the DIY cushion and now it's almost fine(still not good to sit more than 3-4 hours continuously, and it's ideally recommended to standup every 1 hours atleast). In terms of durability, it seems good and no issues so far. I have been using it on daily basis for 8+ hours for quite a while now. Increased rating from 2 star to 3 star!
