No Windows key provided, LED screen hasn't changed from 0 degrees Celsius, No setup instructions
The machine is beautiful, however when I went to activate Windows 10 I was unable to do so. This was because when I scratched off the sticker to reveal the product key there was no key there. I spent hours trouble shooting and Microsoft support was incredibly unhelpful. Microsoft had me contact Gigabyte support and I waited for hours on hold with Gigabyte and they never picked up. Terrible customer service all around. I am now facing the reality that I will need to spend an extra $140 to buy Windows 10 since this is the last available solutionThe LED temperature monitor doesn't seem to work either as it has not changed from 0 degrees C.Lastly, the machine comes out of the box with one piece of paper explaining the contents of the box, but no manual or anything for setup which is a little annoying.Overall, a very powerful and pretty machine but the Windows thing is unwarranted.

Fast and good cooling
I always get a bit nervous with prebuilt SFF PCs but the cooling system seems very capable on this Model S machine. The hottest I can get the 3080 is 96.7c on the hotspot and 83.7c on the GPU running Cyberpunk 2077 on the default Ray Tracing Ultra settings, which by the way this computer can absolutely handle at a playable framerate. The fan does pick up a bit if you do anything CPU or GPU intensive but as soon as the task is over the fan dials down, so I'm pretty well convinced that the cooling setup in this machine works well. We'll see if it holds up over time, I suppose. One thing I will say is that the DisplayPort outputs on the back of the machine don't appear to play well with either passive or active DisplayPort adapters, so if you want to use multiple displays, I hope you have newer DisplayPort capable displays. That said, I got away with using a USB to HDMI adapter and that works fine as well.I have had no issues with black or flickering displays on either of the 3 monitors I am using with this machine so I guess I must be lucky.

Damaged Item Upon Opening
The item was damaged upon opening. So far I have been given a rebate before confirming that was the option I wanted to go. No replacement option. Box looked like it had been opened before and beaten upon shipping. I still don’t know if all the options and systems even work properly. Not happy with this $2200 purchase so far. But I can’t say that has anything to do with Aorus or Gigabite.

Random black screen
The first day I used the PC there were occasional random black screens but I thought it was due to me just updating windows and drivers. After hours of using it and playing games the random black screen kept getting worse until it was every few minutes. After looking around and seeing reviews, a lot of people are having issues with the Model S.

Perfect
Great machine. There is a setting in the bios you made need to change if your PC restarts while gaming. Other than that, this PC was plug and play. It runs all games beautifully at 2k.

Turns off every hour!
Shuts down spontaneously once a day. Now it turns off by itself every hour . Only had it less than a week.

Counterfeit OS, turning off by itself and horrible built.
The OS on the system tells me, it is counterfeit and I have to buy a new one. I guess charging THIS price doesn't include a genuine windows?Edit: But it gets better. When using the PC for what is it meant for, gaming, it turns off by itself.Opening it up, I find the magnetic air filter not in place and the cooler on the CPU showing me 00°. So they didn't even build it properly in the first place.Best part: I can't return that PC because I had it shipped to the republic of Panama with a freight forwarder, paying 200 for shipping plus customs which took three weeks so there's no way I can return it to the US in time.3000+ dollars gone because gigabyte doesn't bother to deliver quality.
