The media could not be loaded.  I got this for my son in January. He has been using it for. Past 6 months regularly. Initially we had problem with the watch and a new one was promptly replaced. Now I am able to keep a track of my son where ever he is.Pros.Able to make callsAble to message in whatsapp and also do voice calls and video calls in whatsappKeep track of GPS location although not very accurateKids love itConsApp has a lot of addsThe app needs to run on backgroind in phone which consumes batteryThere are still software bugs in watch and installation of app can take it's own time and technique which is not easyThe charger even though is a magnetic one is a weird 4 pin charger. Wish it had usb C or micro usb portBut over all it has been a great buy for my sons safety

bought this watch for my 6 year old daughter. 4G voice calling has very good audio clarity, but video call is crashing continuously 100% in the seTracker2 app on the phone.Little disappointed that 4G VoLTE Video call not provided in the watch from the dialer app. Did not found the information that video calling facility is actually via SeTracker2 app.Other features like remote picture, camera feature, GPS is good. Battery is lasting for about a day with regular usage.Really want watch manufacturer to fix all bugs in the App and make it Ads-free. It is really annoying to have Ads in the app used for watch purchased at INR 8600.

For safety of my 3 year old daughter, I was searching for a good gps watch with video calling capabilities. Tried total 4 brands before finalising this. Sharing my observations (after 5 days of usage) as below in case it helps other parents to take decisions for safety of your childPros+ most important feature is very good : good call quality - connection fast & stable, clear voice+ remote audio feed works excellently - you can open app, type number where you want the watch to call you and then you receive call from the watch. Helpful to know kids surroundings+ remote pic capabilities works well - same as above. App allows you to click pic to get sense of environment+ video calling - works well and we tried once even for 5+ min and worked seamlessly (we had to leave urgently and my daughter was with my nanny but still wanted to see us so did a long video call)+ GPS works well and gives pretty accurate positioning , much better than other watches I tried (you can checkLocation through app and it uses google maps, though takes few seconds for positioning)+ IP67 is great feature for kids watch - I think no other watch gives. Very important as it provides safety against dust as well as water (others were IPX7 and all so not dust resistant certified)+ charging speed and retention is good - charger is magnetic+ easy interface- my 3.5 year old daughter has mastered the watch in a day (and keeps calling us but that’s a different story :)+ no need to open watch to place sim. It has a sim tray which is visible when you take the watch module out of its square case (as I have attached pic)+ silicon strap is very comfortable and good for kids skin+ the RAM-ROM combination is a good one as watch works smoothly and screen is pretty decent as wellCons- BIG CON- bad experience with software. Every time one opens it, it shows a video ad for 5 sec or more. You need to pay an yearly fees (though not high) to remove ads. When it happens everytime you open app it’s very irritating.- (being nit-picky now) while it’s a kids watch and not phone, video quality could be betterSummary- overall a a good kids watch which does the most important things (call, stable connectivity, battery backup, location tracking, dust & water resistance) well. If you are on the fence, my vote would be to go for it.Will update review with my experience as time passes (3 month mark, 6 month mark).Take care and happy parenting!

The media could not be loaded.  Product has met our purpose 100%.Though we stay in a gated community more often it was difficult to find our child once after he goes out for playing.Many times he would have found a new buddy and exploring new areas. The calling option makes it convenient to reach him. Recently we joined him for football training, where the training place is far from our home. Once again the watch has come in very handy to connect with him.Options like don't allow calls from unknown numbers and blocking SMS is helping to avoid distortion.Other Apps on the watch are handy, Our kid enjoy the step tracker very much.Support team is very assistive, we contacted them for one of the query, they closely followed up with us and provided the resolution.This is must have product, quality of the product is durable, specially like the video call function.Very good quality product . I liked that it's a sim card enabled product with really helpful features like call, location, class mode.I definitely recommend this Turet Kids Smart Watch for those who are looking for a calling watch.Looking forward to the addition of more interesting apps on the watch.

The touch screen got damaged and stopped working partially once my child dropped the watch on floor accidentally.
