Works like a breath of fresh air

Metal plate does not work.
Good points - as described, nice neutral colour (beige/light tan/skintone), quality look & feel, not as noisy as some people have mentioned. Easy two buttons, with 3 wind levels+ high speed wind mode.Bad points - metal plate does not work at all so very disappointing. It is supposed to feel like ice or at least get cold. The back of neck fan is not working correctly. The second button is supposed to switch it on only after the fan has started. The back of neck fan starts at the same time as the front two fans so the neck fan button actually switches the back of neck fan off!I am considering returning.

Powerful!!
Excellent neck fan with three lower settings and then a turbo mode which is absolutely brilliant, it blasts air around your head and gives great cooling. You have to hold the power button for three seconds to activate the turbo setting, easy enough! This is quite an expensive fan but you get a quality device, would buy again

Fantastic
I like the compact design and the power levels of the fan selection, battery life was great too lasted me all day on medium, as expected on the turbo setting the noise level increased but didn't get anoying as I was working. Helped me get through the record breaking hottest day. You definitely get what you pay for with this product 👍

Broke very whickly
The fan broke very quickly. One of the adjustable sides snapped quickly and now I have an expensive and broken fan. There’s no way to contact to ask for an exchange/get fixed so just feels like a waste a of money with poor customer service

Neck fan
It’s ok but doesn’t blow like it’s shows with the paper flying up it’s not that powerful, however used for walking around in the sun works and does cool you down very well it’s not very noisy which is good
