I got two of these as gifts for two different kids I know, both aged three. Both kids loved it and were very entertained by it. Caveat, both kids have parents who allow limited access to technology (one of the kids has only watched TV a few times ever), which might be why they got such a kick out of it, a kid who's on their tablet every day is probably not going to be very impressed. But the kids liked it and the parents appreciated the nostalgia factor too. Everything worked great, the different reels make it more fun and entertaining for the kids.

I love getting toys for my grandson that I grew up with! These have a much higher 3D quality to the films than I was used to. Good and easy toy for a 5 year old to use. He loved it!

THe viewfinder itself is very flimsy and cheap nothing like the durale ones i used to see but overall my son loved it and it does work Just be careful not to drop it or it looks like it would just break so my son is extra careful with it. For the cost it could of been a little more durable . Its easy to use and my son does love the animal pictures

A great piece of updated history. It’s a typical ViewMaster but updated with Discovery discs and a metallic plastic body. The ViewMaster that I enjoyed in the 60’s now looks like a 2025 model! My grandson loves it!

Nostalgia

Fun and easy for a toddler to use

Who doesn't love a view master? My kids never had one so I got him this one. I was expecting it to be metal and thankfully it was not. Looks cool. Easy to use plastic but that makes it lightweight for them. They've been playing with it, haven't broke it. The case that protects the view discs is pretty solid. Very happy with this set

A bit flimsy to be honest and vastly overpriced.

Though the viewer was flimsy compared to the 90s version I already had, our 3 year old grandson loved the gift.

Very poor quality. too expensive. The pictures are not great. It is advertised as a metal instrument, but it seems like thin plastic. There is something wrong with how the reviews are presented. More than 1000 people apparently give 5 stars and there are 100 reviews giving 5 stars, yet, all these reviews are from abroad - none from the UK. Even people who are very critical about the product, give 4 stars out of 5. Amazon should look into it.
