Love these electrolytes. I love how they aren't salty... at least for me. I can't drink liquid iv and elemnt electrolytes. These are amazing especially with breastfeeding. The coconut ingredient makes it that much better. It leaves me feeling energized and relaxed if I miss a cup of water knowing that I had electrolytes already.

I am a pregnant mom who needs extra hydration! These are perfect for just that! The taste is a little different. Not salty like Liquid IV but a certain taste. Watermelon Yuzu is good and not too sweet. I drink about one per day and have noticed that I stay hydrated. I've heard these are also good to continue postpartum - so I plan to do that! A little expensive but you do get a good quality product!

Breastfeeding mamas! This saved my milk supply! While breastfeeding my first, my supply tanked several times. I found that this product helped hydrate me during the day and increased milk production but you have to stay faithful to taking it daily. I hope this product helps you as much as it did for me. It also tastes delicious! I love the apple flavor as well.

The taste is really satisfying and it’s working for me

Tastes okay, but the granules are too big to stay well mixed. Plus, not sure why, but it foams which is a little weird to me. I looked at the ingredients and it seemed pretty close to Liquid IV- so I'm not sure if there's anything specificly related to milk production or if it's just increasing hydration (which would increase production).

Big fan of the blue flavor, a little on the sour side but not anything to make you pucker your face up. The strawberry one isn’t my cup of tea. The drink is way better when it’s cold. I have definitely seen a boost in my milk production when I drink these! Overall a great product and will continue to buy for milk production
