This is great quality, has held up well being screwed into the stud in the ceiling and used for childrens swings in the living room. We have tested it with our own body weight to be sure it is safe for the children and it didn't budge with 220 lbs hanging from it. Super easy to install of you know where your studs are. Works perfect for swings to move easily!

Bought these about 8 months ago to hang a sensory swing in my son’s room, which was recommended by his occupational therapist. He’s almost 11 and weighs over 100 pounds (getting super tall!), and it has held him with no trouble. My handyman did have to use longer screws, and I’ve read that others had the same issue. I recently started using the swing as well to help me stretch and I weigh a considerable amount more than my son, and no trouble so far although I haven’t gotten the nerve up yet to rest my entire weight on the swing with my feet off the floor. I actually just came back here to double check the weight capacity…let’s all say a little prayer for me. Hopefully I’ll come back soon and report my results. Yikes!

Currently I have it installed for a couple of months.I needed a hanging bracket with a narrow width which will match my ceiling beam width, I have used this in the past for a swing I hang in the house , now I needed it to hang a punching bag .The product is quality built, as I have the same for the last 3 years.It was easy to hang it on the ceiling, it looks good and allow the punching bag enough swing freedom on top of the hardware the bag came with.It does feel safe and after working on the bag for 2 months I see all is good with the installation so far.I also used the other hardware for other projects and all does a great job.I recommend this for sure

We were a little aprehensive about using these to hold people. However, the screws were durable and good quality- as were the hooks. We put them right into the solid wood beams. They are holding up the hammock with very minimal effort it seems. We installed with a drill and literally took about 5 minutes.I will report back in a year!
