Not as expected.
My son loves the bag. He loves the design and it color.Me personally, as a mom, it doesn't feel like the trolley (the hand section) is sturdy. And the bag seems smaller than the photos.It will do for now.

Nice bag
The bag it self feels well made and sturdy. The cart is nice, a bit on the flimsy side so I would and be careful when using it and that's the reason I don't give it 5 stars. Overall great for short trips which is what I want it for. Has a pockets for laptops or tablets which is nice if you travel with your work devices like me but don't want to have multiple bags to carry

Best of the Worst
Okay, this is the second backpack of this brand and type I purchased for my 7 year old. With only 3 stars you're probably wondering why I bought another. Well, I understand how to modify this particular backpack to last the school year. Others have fallen apart within a few months with little to no ability to modify.First off, I reinforce the two small screws holding the telescoping handle in place to the base. I drill through were the original screws are and then us a nut and bolt on each post along with lock washer, lock-tight and then add some super glue over the nuts so they don't come off. Second, the two flimsy butterfly nuts on the base that are used to keep the base in the down position are removed. Then I again drill through the original holes and start the same process with nuts and bolts. Finally, I replace the two buckles that hold the backpack in the base with metal carbineers. After that, it will last the year and the reason for the 3 stars.All of these rolling backpacks are cheaply made and will not last a school year without some modifications. I know these modifications aren't for everyone and preference is to just buy one that lasts, but we are talking about small kids swinging and hitting the backpacks all school year. I don't really know if a sturdy enough rolling backpack is made. I'm sure if one were made it would be in the $200 range. My preference is to spend the $40 and use some nuts and bolts I have lying around the garage.

Save a child's back!!!!
My son is a space nerd, he carries all his books with him + all his other fact books, his backpack weighs a metric ton. While I love his thirst for knowledge, I grew concerned for his posture & spine. This backpack is fantastic in allowing him to carry ALL his study books without breaking his spine. The wheels even articulate up stairs! A great investment for your child.

Inexpensive rolling option
While the price is right and the bag itself is nice and durable with lots of pockets, it does not stay connected to the wheeling platform very well which was frustrating for my 9 year old. It’s hard for him to get it back on with books in it.

Sturdy bag
My 10 year old has had this backpack for 6 months and abuses it on a daily basis and it is still holding up well. We have had other backpacks that fell apart after only using it for a month. But this one is still going strong. No handle breaks, rips, or anything else. Would purchase this again.

My son loves this backpack
I ordered this backpack for school this year. This backpack came with the pencil case and lunch bag. I found the materials to be good quality. The wheel cart frame is made of aluminum tubing and the wheels are plastic. As I write this review it’s near the end of September now and the backpack has tears, aluminum cart frame appears to be holding up and wheels are still working well. What I like most about this backpack is it’s versatility, can be a backpack or you can roll it on wheels. The wheel cart is easy to use and I’ve even used it at a farming plow match. Cart was able to glide over the uneven terrain easily.

A mi niño le gustó mucho, el único detalle en la base el plástico es delgado pero yo creo es cuestión de no maltratarla ;).

Le pongo 3 estrellas ya que la mochila no duró más que 6 meses después de empezó a descosturar aunque el carrito si es muy resistente

Muy buen producto
Tiene 3 meses de uso hasta ahora y todo muy bien, excepto por unas piezas plásticas desgastadas que fijan las ruedas y manija telescópica.
