Here's a tip...
With a new job and hovering over the computer more, I bought this as a posture reminder while working. I would suggest to move the removable D-ring connector to the bottom, so that the straps run horizontal across your back. If not, the straps would be sort of diagonal and the D-rings could possibly turn. I think that idea will help others who read this. If you do that, it's excellent.

Great product for a great price.
I’ve been struggling with back pain and posture problems for years. This product is perfect for me. It’s light weight and versatile to wear anywhere. The free massage ball is a nice plus, but I was more surprised with the quality of such an affordable solution to my back problems. Highly recommend this product.

It did help my posture improve. However, it's a little uncomfortable under my arms and gets a little hot. I would also prefer it pulls farther outward on my shoulder. The product is well made.
