Really like this set!
My wife and I really like this set. They look weak because of the skinny stems, but are suprizingly strong. Not heavy. Light but not plasticware light. They’re comfortable to hold. I like the forged knives, they are heavy and cut meat such as pork chops with ease.I like the styling as well. Simple, yet attractive. We’re very pleased with the look, feel and quality of these, at a very reasonable price! Also, Liberty makes this particular set of flatware Amercan size, not continental or european. This was important to us.We’ve lived our whole lives eating with American sized forks. Nowadays, they are a bear to find. We don’t want to eat with forks with ridiculously long tines.Best yet, they are made in America!

Sturdy, expertly made/polished, and FANTASTIC Customer Service
:::We are in love with the set. Super (almost unbelievably) sturdy without weighing a ton.It was so attractively priced, we were concerned about the potential quality. We should -not- have been. The flatware set was/is expertly crafted and finely polished to a mirror finish. We are 81 days deep and very happy customers. We run 1-2 dishwashings (by machine) per week, and there is (literately) no sign of rust spotting or wear. Moreover, we are pasta "spinners", several times per week, and there is still not a fork scratch to be found on any of the spoons. Color us well pleased.Lastly, we receive a single fork that had a production scratch in its handle. I reached out to Liberty via e-mail to glean the process for garnering a replacement. They phoned me back immediately to alert me that a replacement fork was on its way to us free of charge (and it arrived at our place in short order). I could not have asked for a better quality product or a better customer service experience. If we somehow lost the set to catastrophe, we would not hesitate to replace it with same.:::

Wonderful USA Quality
I found out about Liberty through reading reviews about flatware made in China. My previous experience with Chinese made junk had been anything but positive -- rusting, spotting, cdull table knoves, spots that do not polish out leaving flatware that looks dirty and crappy. In a review about Chinese made junk the reviewer recommended flatware prodeced by Liberty instead. I went to the Liberty site and ordered this set. Made in the USA from steel that is made in the USA with a "green" process and hand polished. After several months of every day use I could not be happier!!!! My husband loves this set and so does my grown son, we all love the quality. Yes, I paid more but it has been worth every penny. Also, there is open stock to replace missing pieces for when the flatware monster sneaks into the kitchen at night to eat the forks and knives. If I could afford it I would replace my silverplate flatware with one of Liberty's ornate patterns for when I am using my china. Really, you cannot go wrong with the quality of flatware and serving pieces in any pattern purchased from Liberty. The Richmond set is very nice, but a little shorter than my crappy old set. My DH is tall and has long fingers but finds this set comfortable to use. Of course, like/dislike of a pattern is purely subjective but quality is either there or it is not. Made in the USA by Americans with American steel --- all a win, win.

It deserves its stellar reputation
This is an A+ product from an A+ company. After more than four years of daily use, this set has retained its initial beauty and it is a continuing testament to the quality and craftsmanship of its American maker. They are excellently balanced with fine feel. There aren't many purchases that are an enduring pleasure, but this has been one such purchase for me.

Made in the USA!!
very well made flatware. Polished to a mirror finish...good weight and balance. Not the cheapest but the best I've seen and a bargain compared to some of the foreign made stuff.

Made in the USA!
I love this made in the USA set. I have used it for 4 months now and it looks great. I always put them in the dishwasher. I have a set from Oneida that I received about 40 years ago but I was missing so many pieces. I can no longer get them but these are so similar that I can use both together for family dinners.
