Large, heavy, army style boots best for outdoor activity but suitable anywhere. Comfortable but only if you wear thick socks, otherwise it may cut into you as it did to me. Makes me noticeably taller by about 1 or 2".

Comfortable and relatively well made. But my feet were soaking as soon as it rained and that’s after polishing them and putting waterproofer on the fabric parts.

I bought a pair of these boots while they were on offer, although their quality easily justifies their normal price. They fit perfectly and are comfortable from the first wear. I am using them to ride my Bike and believe they will afford me the necessary protection in comparison to other bike boots have had over the years. The combination of zip and laces makes putting them on a doddle. Thoroughly recommend and if you can buy them when they are on offer, all the better. One of the best buys I have made for many years.

Good quality

I bought a pair and they were comfortable from day 1 and I thought buying a medium range boot would be a good investment and hopefully last between 1 to 2 years before having to replace.I've had them for just over a month starting to get uncomfortable and thought the insoles just needed changing, however looking inside of the boot the leather inner sole had rotted and I could see the hollow heel piece.The boots haven't been submerged so water hasn't got into them, all I do is patrolling through urban areas as part of my job for one of the local schools.I'm not impressed as most of my life I have been wearing boots either with the military or security industry and I have had cheaper boots that have lasted longer than these.

This review was written 3 months after purchase - I don't see much point in reviewing boots when they're new.These were comfortable immediately and didn't need any breaking in. I have wide feet and found these to have a decent amount of space for me. I've not had zip-up boots before and wasn't very confident about how robust they would be, but the zips have stayed intact and the boots have remained waterproof. I walk a lot and am extremely happy with how well these have lasted so far.
