Perfect addition to fence lights!
Bought this to control my fence lights from the app 2nd best investment I made other than the actual lights themselves! Very easy to instal and connect to the lights and app. Can't imagine not having it at this point it allows you to control power, brightness and different patterns from anywhere. The best part is the scheduling to automatically come on and off! Very very good product I recommend this to everyone!

Outdoor smart plug short life
I had high hopes for this smart plug. I also got the Addlon lights to go with plug. All was good for as short time. Only 3 months.. had no success contacting company. All functions worked as hoped along with app. Really liked the dimming feature. Then this plug got a mind of its own and would turn on when ever it wanted. Now it is not turning on. It may show on app that it is sometimes on, but nothing happens to lights or other appliance that is plugged in. Price was right at the time but there must be something better out there. Sadly disappointed. No stars if I could.

Difficult to program wireless/bluetooth connection.
Poor help on all fronts including Amazon & manufacturer’s number didn’t work. Had to find a techie to connect wirelessly after hours of trying. Terrible accompanying instructions. Returned item once thinking it was faulty. I’m not an idiot. Shouldn’t have been sooooo difficult trying to set up, but once we figured it out, I love it.

Couldn’t find app to use for timer programming
Once I found which app to use to be able to schedule on and off I was happy. I am using Joinin Home. See pic. I am using for my outdoor lights on my bbq gazebo.

Stopped working
This was a great product in the beginning . Connected easily to my outdoor string lights. I was planning on buying another for a different area of the house but after only a couple of months the device completely stopped responding. The lights no longer work when plugged into this dimmer and I cannot reset it. Disappointed.

Impressive device
Like most dimmers you can set the On-Off times. This unit also allows you to override your pre-loaded times..directly from the app on your phone. I had read that some dimmers were not capable of changing the light brightness if the bulbs were LED. This works fine with my LED light string.
