I bought this for my daughter, but I believe it uses batteries...

Does these face brush heads work?

Sure they do their job. I got 7 Brush Heads and I like the exfoliating brush head most.

How long can the brush heads be used, is there a way to clean them after each use?

Idk but I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s still in good condition. I clean it with antibacterial soap
