I really enjoyed these porridge oats.They will be a regular on my shopping list.I like that they are the real deal.Porridge that cooks quickly is not of the same standards as this in my bookI regularly have this for breakfast and they keep me full for a long time five stars from me.

They're oats. What more can I say. Filling. Energising, lots of fibre. Good value for money. I have these with a small amount of dried fruit.
