The internal depth is 25 cm, the length is 50.8 cm, the height is as shown in the picture, and the height of the first shelf on the top is adjustable.

Can you have the larger storage at the bottom for to store vacuum etc

No,you can not have the larger storage at the bottom because the way it is assembled it diesn't allow it. To answer the other question,it is too small and narrow to store anything bulky,especially vaccum.Hope this helps.
