We are using this item to cover and wrap our chickens run with plastic so they can be out this winter without having to deal with snow!

Seriously, I have no clue what I was doing before I tried these. If you are stapling or any other stupid way I have tried in the past, STOP. Buy these now. I liked them so well on my own greenhouse that I bought some for my dad. I eventually built a second greenhouse and waited for these to get back in stock. As you can see in the pictures, the plastic is secure, tight with little work and no damage. You can take the spring wire out without damaging the plastic. The trick to getting the plastic super tight is to put push inside the channel ahead of your wire to relieve the slack. Cutting the channels are simple. Use a hack or miter saw. A heavy duty pair of cutters easily snip the wires to length. I sware I am not getting paid to write this review. I tested other similar spring wire products and none were as think and heavy duty as these. It's worth they extra bucks to get these solid ones over the cheap thin ones other people are selling that you can bend with one hand. Seriously, i did it. If any of you are interested in my greenhouses. It costs about $1000usd to make and you can do it in a day or two with items all from Amazon plus wood from hardware store... I bought 5/4x6 deck boards at HD and screwed the spring wire channels to them. I am using a heavy duty carport off Amazon for about $300 as a frame and galvanized fence brackets to clamp the wood to the legs. You will see some people complain about having to use a drill press to make holes. This is simply not true. I have purchased other versions of spring wire and none have ever come with holes. This metal is extruded and cut to length. The manufacturer has no clue where you will need to put a hole, it just doesn't make sense for them to make holes. Your legs could be any width apart. Who knows what the customer is fastening them to. You do not need a drill press. The vendor supplies what are refered to as self tapping screws. All you need is a power drill, impact or anything else that you can put the correct size bit driver on. Just start screwing the screw in and it will drill itself. Each screw goes in within seconds. Some people just get easy overwhelmed or have no clue what they are doing. Don't let them steer you away from getting these. I promise you won't regret it.
