Poor quality control.
The chess pieces are nice enough. The PROBLEM is, we were sent only FOUR black pawns. On the other hand we received 16 white pawns.I'm not going to send them back because the price doesn't justify shipping costs to return or exchange. I won't deal with this company again if I can help it.We used a black felt tip marker to color the heads of four of the white pawns to use for playing chess.

Product as described. They are wood pieces so they are unique. The two Rooks, Bishops, and Knights are slightly different from each other, but not in a bad way. Each piece has a felt bottom to ease movement on the board. They are solid wood, but not heavy. Ideal as a replacement set or to take along as a travel set to keep your good set nice.

I already had a nice wood chess board, but I needed a set of pieces. These look good, feel nice to the touch, and work well. Perfect value for the price.

Small chess pieces
They fit perfect for the small table. A little cheap looking but they do the job.

I first received a wrong item for one of the pieces but they ended up reaching out to me and resolve my problem really fast. These pieces are simple and very well carved.
