These are decent brackets, I wouldn't trust them for anywhere near the rated weight but they are reasonably sturdy for folding shelf brackets. I have them set up in the garage and they work well. The included screws are a little on the small side depending on your application but that's an easy fix.

I had a pretty non-standard use for these brackets - we remodeled the laundry room to make space on the other side of the wall for a shower and bathroom. Unfortunately, we gave up a lot of space to hang clothes to dry and hubby lost his gym clothes, bag, and shoe storage area. I decided to make the shelves foldable when not in use. Not sure we will keep the bar (it makes the shelf stick out from the wall). I did have to find a workaround for attaching the wire shelving to the brackets - I found some cheap plastic cable clips and used silicon to attach them to the bracket. Unfortunately, two of them did not stay attached, so I resorted to putting silicon on some velcro and wrapping that over the brackets. Only time will tell if this solution will last, but having a way to mount the shelf with something other than a board that you can drill into would be appreciated. Note in the video that the shelf can be moved back into the locked position easily with one hand.

The brackets are well made, fold and lock in place with little effort, and come with a nice assortment of screws and anchors for attachment, an extra long screw bit, which I used, and even a tiny level.
