Do you need to put icepack on a towel?

I didn’t keep this one because it was too small but I have a similar one. It does not sweat so you don’t need a towel.

Does the pack sweat with condensation as the ice melts?

I have use this ice pack consistently for two months as I recover from foot surgery. Each time, I use it for 20 minutes and there is no sweating or condensation that forms on the outside of the ice pack - at least not for that duration.

Does it come with the bandage compress strap?

No strap is included. It is a very nice ice pack however.

Can i add water to it and freeze directly?

Don't see why you couldn't, but make sure you don't feel it too full because when water freezes and expands. I've never done it so I don't know if it'll work or not.
