Ordered this on a favorable review, they are very well made and soft after the first couple of washes. I usually wash new sheets a couple of times before first use to get the excess dye and loose strings off. Very happy with purchase and planning on order a couple more pairs. Worth the money.

These are a good quality sheet set. They have a great feel, sheen and weight to them. They allow you to slide around in bed without your night clothes catching.The softness is very important thing to me. I liked the feel when I got them open. They felt soft and weren't "crinkley". I have washed them two times and they only felt better. I expect they will only get softer with use. They feel great to sleep on. They aren't scratchy or irritating to my skin at all.These are little small for my mattress. They are plenty long enough but just a smidge more width would be nice. The mattress pad shows on the sides a little and there isn't any material to tuck the sheets in on the sides. I do like the elastic on the fitted sheet. It wider than usual and well made. All of the stitching is neat and well done. I got the taupe color. My comforter has gold and burgundy and the taupe looks great with the set. It matches the gold accent stripe in the comforter. I have washed them 2 times and used downey both times. I dried on perm. press & got them out of the dryer before they were bone dry. There were not any marks or stains from the water or the downey. The color is great and rich looking. I feel like it will hold up under time. I have a dog who sleeps with me. She is bad to scratch around on the sheets and make her nest. These sheets are doing just great with that. There isn't any snagging or indication where she scratches.Overall I am pleased with the sheets. I did do a lot of reading of reviews and was apprehensive about buying sheets online that I couldn't touch first. These are a good quality and well priced. You do get your moneys worth with them. I will be buying these again.Addendum: I have had these almost a year now. They look like new and I am very happy with them. They have held up well in washing with no color loss, no pilling. No problem with the doggie paws on them. These sheets hold up to her scratching the sheets to make her "nest" with no damage at all from this. I will buy these again.

I really liked the sheets, they were very soft. The sheets are a pretty dark black which look really nice, but also show any fuzz or lint. Not really a fault of the sheets, though, just consider the color.
