Amazing Boards and Even Better People
My family and I recently moved to the coast and took surf lessons together. We loved it so much we decided to get surfboards for my son’s 6th birthday. I came across Rock-It Surfboards while researching options for his size and experience and couldn’t be happier that I did. The Rock-It team was incredibly responsive over email and Facebook Messenger — they answered every question, explained the difference between the 6’ Albert and 6’ Baby Jesus, and gave honest advice based on our needs. We went with the Albert since it’s a bit wider and great for both kids and adults. The board itself is lightweight, durable, and not slippery like our Odysea boards. It feels super solid and well made. The company is passionate about their customers, offers excellent warranty coverage, and was very upfront about older reviews mentioning bubbling — which they’ve long since fixed. After this experience, I wish we’d bought all our boards from Rock-It. Great people, great products, and real human support — not chatbots! Highly recommend.

Perfect for a newbie
I liked that this was a light weight board, perfect for my daughter who is beginning to surf. It’s a good size for her to be able to handle on her own. Bright vibrant colors and a good value!

Schwack Stick
Are you a shoobie looking to jump in to the SARF game? Or, are you a local legend thinking about the best board to get your new born to stand up on? Either way, this little nugget is right for you. For me, I've been trying to schwack the lip for 16 years from Arizona. I know what you're thinking, no way am I going to listen to a review from this Zonie Kook. But hear me out. Sometimes I think about screamin' eagles while poppin' wheelies on my dirt bike as I'm droppin in to the next close out. As I'm grabbing the rail for dear life I pause and think, damn I love this board. It's a perfect balance between great craftsmanship at a price point that won't make me flinch when looking in the face or an epic wipeout. The company customer service is great to boot. Of the 5 boards I have, this particular one has gotten the most use. I've literally lent it out for weeks at a time to kids just looking to have fun and adults looking for something different. Something I would never do with one of my McNabb's fish or egg, that would most likely be returned beat to hell. That being said, it comes back to my initial point, no matter what age or skill level, this board is fun and will put a smile on your face. For me I've chosen to throw some stomp pads on and I am thinking about tossing another fin on for more stability on my down turns. Which is another awesome point at the ability to customize this board to my liking. If all else fails and I ruin it, so be it, because at the end of the day another fun dinker is just one click away on amazon.

False Dimensions. See pics.
This board lists on the product packaging false Dimensions saying that it it is 72 in tall x 22.4 inch wide x 3.2 inches deep. See product label in pictures. It is not 72"x22.4"x3.2". It is 72"x21.4x2.2. That is a big difference in a soft top surf board especially for this price. Returned for full refund. I will not purchase this brand again. R I recommend that Amazon pull this product and double check dimensions of all soft tops being sold on Amazon. Innocent Accident by Manufacturer? Or deceptive business practice? Regardless, Amazon knows about it now. So either way they are responsible going forward if they continue to sell this product with it's false advertised dimensions.

Good for Beginners
My son is finally old enough to start thinking about hitting the waves for himself, and this seems like a really solid beginner board for him. The soft top feels really nice and, of course, he likes the fun pattern. The size is exactly what he needed, and seems to fit him really well. This board has definitely got him begging us to go to the beach even more frequently. Love the color, too!

Light weight
It is light weight to carry. Works for my 16 year old son. One of the two fins cracked on the 2nd day. It is more plasticky than rubbery like another foam board we own.

Nice board
The packaging was terrible! No kind of protection.
