I did not realise
I did not realise that this had lots of Stevia in it. I find Stevie very bitter but I used it in a cake and, of course, there was a bitter taste.

The best sweetener!
You would never know this was only 1cal per teaspoon!! Has a great “syrup” smell/taste too. Great in coffee & with cereal. Perfect KETO baking ingredient too!! 10/10.
