This book blew me away. As a nurse I’ve heard from pts who were brought back from death but nothing ever came close to Dale’s description. I believe everything he saw was real because I believe that is what God is & how beautiful & fantastic heaven will be. The fact that he served God so well only comes with a major motivation to change our lives. I’m so glad I discovered this book! It has deepened my faith & is making me seek a deeper relationship with God through his son Jesus. I’m going to be listening even closer for the prompting of the Holy Spirit.

This is a wonderful book I had a hard time setting it down

I’ve never written a review before but I feel lead this time! I have been a widow since I was 48. I just turned 74. I have read just about every book on Heaven and all of the books about Near Death Experiences. But I have to tell you this book by Captain Dale Black called Visiting Heaven was phenomenal and one of my favorite books so far on this subject. I’ll tell you why, as I was reading it, I realized what I had craved in all the other books were these kind of details. Captain Dale took the time to tell us every detail that he could remember, I’m talking about down to a blade of grass, he describes the gate as you enter the Eternal City, he describes the light in Heaven in a way I have never heard anyone describe, he describes the scenery, the communities, the architecture, the shrubbery, I could go on and on. When he gets to the center of the Celestial City the description of the staircase, leading up to the throne of God is incredible. I won’t give away any more, but his description of when he saw Jesus is the best description I have ever heard! Do not miss this book! It will take all your fear of dying away! I cannot wait to see what Capt Dale saw!

This book is sanctifying. I gave a copy to everyone I know for Christmas. Thank you for writing it. Jesus miraculously delivered me from the drug culture of the 60's. I know what it's like to be someone who should be dead but for the mercy of God. What an awesome God and what an awesome book!

While this book has an amazing story and was highly recommended - the problem is not that. The problem is that the first 30 pages of my book started to fall out when I was turning the pages. This is so uncommon and probably a fluke, but nevertheless it happened. The story gives you an amazing view of heaven that you never even thought of before. Would highly recommend.

Loved this man's passion and honesty in his account of his way to Christ

I bought this as a gift for my husband, a retired Northwest/Delta 747 captain of 35 years. He loved this book so much he ordered 3 other of Dale Black's books! He has always been a man who loved the Lord but this book renewed his faith in a way I've seen nothing else do. He now truly has a RELATIONSHIP with Jesus. Thank you Dale for sharing your testimony in a mighty way!!
